Training while sick sucks
I literally can’t breath walking around the gym and I’m getting all these cold sweats and chills. Haven’t had a good training session in 4 days and feeling like such a wimp now.
Just lemme get better!!!!!

I’m real freaking classy y’all
Made myself breakfast (over easy eggs on sprouted toast and center cut bacon if anyone is interested) and decided to eat it in bed because it’s freezing here (says I as I sip my sugar free/almond milk iced chai latte - homemade of course so the only macros in it are the half a cup o’ almond milk). 
But mid-bite the egg yolk pops and I quickly put my plate under my mouth so it doesn't drip onto my bed. I clean up, look down, and egg is all over my white shirt. Well..at least it’s laundry day. I’m one classy lady.

Today’s glute workout got me such a good pump!
Barbell hip thrusts 10x10 Kneeling squats 5x10 then lower weight 2x25 Smith leg press 10x10 Cable RDL 10x10 Abductor machines 4x25
500 reps total, 20-30 seconds rest in between each set! GO GO GO! (Took me about an hour)

2017 Goals
{eat}
Add more variety to my diet: 
7 different protein sources a week (chicken, beef, turkey, egg(white), whey powder, dairy, vegan
Incorporate beans and ancient grains in carb sources
Focus on food-source fats
Listen to body’s cues, but also eat for goals
Decrease the processed shit! (5 servings a week MAX)
Try out at least 10 new recipes
Sit down to eat
Chew slower, savor the food
{pray}
Read at least 12 books
Commit to some sort of therapy
Take a moment of self-care daily
Set daily and weekly goals. Accomplish them
Commit to relationships, check in often, reach out to others
Long distance friends at least weekly
Spend more time with A
Learn to manage emotional cues
{lift}
Foam roll and properly warm up before lifts
Try out running, train for a half marathon
Try out yoga and practice at least 1x a week
Stretch at least 3x a night
Commit to working out regularly
Cut down to and maintain a level of leanness that is comfortable year round

Circuit 1: 7-1 style
- Overhand BB row -SDL -Hang cleans (can’t do these for shit, maybe I’ll sub out for back squats or lunges?) -Front squats -OHP
Circuit 2: 10x3 rounds
-Box jumps -Burpees -Toes to bar w/ windshield wipers
And now since I refuse to study any more, time to prep some chicken and clean my house. Such is my glamorous life
