In case anyone else is here, I have something to say to you. If you've gotten off track, especially severely off track, please read! It's gonna be ok. Whether you gained a couple lbs or 10 or even more, that isn't going to stop you. All it can do is slow you down. You are stronger than you know, and it'll be ok. Just do your best, take it slow (or jump straight in if that's how you work) and you'll get back in time. I know how much it sucks to relose weight you've already lost, especially a significant amount, but it's possible and the only way to make progress is to start. So start!

My go to safe food rn is zucchini cooked with bacon
1-2 pieces with zucchini is literally like 150 calories depending on the bacon
The one I have rn is 90 cal for 2 pieces

BUT
October-Jan, I gained 30 lbs so I’m proud of the way that even though I was going too far, it wasn’t like it was over the holidays

Two dirty chais today with extra ice
Guessing about 3 cups of milk? So somewhere around 309 calories for that
3 shots of espresso
2 pumps of chai syrup at 50-75 calories each
So 400-500 for my drinks
+ 250 for noodle pack
650-750 total possibly 850
Will end my day with grilled zucchini and chocolate yogurt so I’ll stay under 1k cal for the day
Green tea now to help curb my appetite

Ended my day yesterday with a large low cal dirty chai & half of a zucchini 🤌🏼 may have gone over in the am but I stayed below my maintenance at the end of the day so it wasn’t too horrible

2 mini kolaches ~400/500 cal
1.5 blueberry donut ~400 cal
Chocolate milk 450 cal
Sausage roll with egg and cheese ~500 cal?
Total 1750-1850 cal
Already waaaay over my preferred intake for the day :(
I still have 1 mini kolache, 1 sausage roll, & 1/2 blueberry donut left ☹️
Might just feed them to my dog tbh
ETA: I gave them to my mom instead
