i’m sorry but i didnt sign up for social isolation when i transitioned, i signed up for gender euphoria and comfort in myself and my life. and i had hoped that the ppl in my life would be able to see how much joy that brings me and continue to love me.

it's always funny remembering that hearthglen was kind of ground zero for the plauge. like can you imagine being taelan fordring, trying to manage your city the best you can through your depression over your dad being exiled from society, finally getting that grain shipment that was late and distributing it around to the people so they can make some fresh bread and whatnot, and then that day the fucking crowned prince of the kingdom comes riding through unannounced and starts karate chopping sandwiches out of people's hands, burning down the granaries, and then murdering the populous outright. the fuck do you do then.
