A post canon kenstewy fic written from Shiv's POV where Kendall and her lost contact after the finale(Kendall went to see her after she gave birth and they never spoke directly again). She hasn't spoken to(or heard of) him in years, but she has decided to get a divorce, make sure her daughter doesn't live the same life she did, and it drives her to attempt to get closure in as many aspects of her life as possible. She asks the people in her life that still have contact with Ken but most of them also lost contact with him after a few years. When she finally manages to get a hold of him and goes to see him she has tis forced to face the new reality (and her confronted feelings about it) of Kendall seeming younger and older at the same time, happier, more relaxed, in a home that seems lived in, with a man he loves by his side. She can't help but wonder whether it's fair or not, if he really was the one who deserved a happy ending in this story.
