Amused by the idea of Tim being this nonchalant about gender/ someone calling him a girl.

Like sure he uses He/Him or They Them majority speaking but like I just don't feel he'd be bothered.

Some one tries to use calling him a girl as some kind of insult and Tim just being "And your point is..." or "What if I was??"

Not that he's that feminine but i could see depending on the close and lighting perhaps him having a slightly more androgynous / not obviously apparent if you caught a glance or don't know him you know

(Some of that likely coming from being the Lab experiment/creation he is)

After taking inventory of what they had Tim had done his best to make up a stifado (stew) from Creta, personally he would have preffered lamb or rabbit but had to make do with an altered variation with beef instead. With plenty of potatos, tomatos and other veggies as well as some cooked red wine which he didn't seem to mind as much when used in cooking as long as it wasn't over done.

Noticing she'd been hard at work for awhile he decided ro bring some over in case she was hungry.

"Is it really so surprising," He said in a mostly joking, playful tone eating spoonful, "No where near as good as mum's" Still it wasn't half bad considering he'd only had his memory to go off of

"Kept having to keep Greed and Ulchi away, else it'd have been gone before it even finished,"

He had no problem sharing, stew was made for it but they really had no patience.

"What ya' doing?"

Slowly he scanned over the various pieces strewn about with the gun itself having been taken apart it seemed.

Late into the evening, the bar out front was having a slow night. They had some of their regulars pop in for the usual, but other than that things were quiet. No sudden accusations turned bar fights, no property damage, no one had even been sent out on a mission other than surveillance.

So, she felt like she could breathe a little easier, relax. Still, she had to do something to keep her mind occupied, otherwise she would just end up clawing at the walls. She never did like staying caged up in indoors unless it was in the wintertime, and she didn't feel like doing her job for once; she was pretty much caught up with the accounts anyway.

Sure, bothering Greed was always an option. But every so often, she needed some time to herself, to sort out her thoughts.

After some deliberation, she holed up in the dining area and made space for herself at the table. No one else was around, so she was able spread herself out, laying down a thick, blue tarp and hoisting her rifle up on top of it with a loud, janky thud. Even if no one else had picked it up to see for themselves, it was clear from the way she handled it that it weighed more than average; and yet she didn't even break a sweat lugging it around.

"There. Now, time to see what's been making that noise..." She sat down on the bench, her hands already at work unscrewing and setting various parts aside, meticulously laying them out according to the blueprints she had memorized. Not a hair out of place, just like the way she was able to keep order even in a rowdy place like this, more or less. While taking some personal liberties.

She was wrist deep inside the main cavity, carefully turning the screwdriver like she was holding a scalpel for surgery-- when she heard something being placed on the table beside her, followed by a pleasant aroma wafting up past her nose. Better than char and engine grease to be sure, sniffing at the air as she turned to see the hot bowl of stew, then up to see Tim standing there expectantly.

"..." At first, she just sat there frozen, staring awkwardly at him while trying to gauge him for a reaction. More for how she was supposed to react, since she didn't want to offend him; it was obvious that he went out of his way to do something kind for her, out of the goodness of his own heart.

She may not eat human food, but it wasn't as if having some of it would be any harm. It would better than anything she could conjure up, that's for damn sure.

"Thank you." She set down her tools, freeing up her hands as she reached for the bowl and spoon, smelling more of the spices as she brought it closer to her.

"Did you make this yourself?"
