Point of Coord: Bringin' the Swish for the Fish

I took these photos last night while testing the fit of this JSK and blouse after not having worn either for quite literally years, but this is the coordinate I wore today to meet family for lunch out for the long weekend! I was trying this dress on and realised it is incredibly noisy with the swishing sounds it makes due to the georgette rubbing on the tulle.

I asked my partner if he thought that was going to be distracting for lunch tomorrow, and he said that no, I'm just bringing the swish for the fish (since we're going to a seafood place). So that has now become the entire point of this coordinate. How swishie can I get? The IW underskirt adds a delightful little peek of lace under the tulle.
