This is from a scene of my fanfic "Deadly Evasions" (found on fanfiction.net, deviantArt, and AO3). Dan's freaking out over the missiles following them, and he's going to knock them off her board if he doesn't quit it.

A decade after the first time, Skulktech decides to handcuff his two greatest enemies and see how they fare on his (their?) improved island. Dan - or, well, Phantom - claims he's not the same person he'd been back then. However, after getting himself blown up, he only remembers up to that flour sack project that was supposed to teach his class about their potential futures. Skulker knocked him and Valerie out to take them to his island, and then Danny wakes up ten years older and with no idea of what's going on.

The fic was inspired by Lightning Streak's awesome Deliverance oneshots on fanfiction.net, my love of amnesia plots, the "Life Lessons" episode, and the short-story "The Most Dangerous Game". It's one of my more serious fics, involving a rather dark Dan, and some stressful situations.

The fic was supposed to be a nonstop action, suspense genre type of story, but it's turning out to be mostly Danny and Valerie sitting around talking. I'm so bad at writing action.

I had originally wanted the pic to show more of the forest and missiles, but I never finished that larger version. I finished the cropped version last year, but then I'd dropped everything Danny Phantom related for awhile and didn't get the relevant chapter written until recently.
