natalie being jealous of reader & Jackie?:3
Hope this is what you were looking for!
Jealously Rots the Heart
Warnings: Mentions of vomiting
Word Count: 1993
You and Natalie meet at a small summer camp. It was a free one that was put up by volunteers every year. Each year you would go together, until the summer before your freshman year. The two of you would start volunteering together at the camp the next summer.
You and Natalie had just finished tearing down and putting away everything the camp had used that week. The two of you were on your way to your house now to change. The yellowjackets had planned a few days trip down to a theme park. Jackie had asked you to come along.
You had been dating Jackie for around six months now. Usually Natalie would ask you to come to their get-togethers, always saying that she didn’t want to room with any of the other girls. Now though, it was always Jackie asking you.
Thankfully that morning, Natalie had walked a bag of clothes down to your house. So you wouldn’t have to drive up to her trailer so she could grab it.
The drive to your house had only been a few minutes and it didn’t take long to get yours and Natalie’s stuff, along with changing out of your camp clothes. You had stuffed the bags in your trunk, and let Natalie sit in the passenger seat. Natalie and Jackie would have to play a round of rock paper scissors after to see who would get to sit in the front.
Jackie’s house was ten minutes from yours, so you and Natalie listened to the type of music that Natalie liked, but Jackie didn’t.
By the time you got to Jackie’s house Natalie had a small tight lipped frown on her face, she didn’t let you see it though, as she was looking outside of her window so you couldn’t see her. Unbeknownst to you, Natalie had taken a big liking to you when the two of you had met, and now was harboring an even bigger crush on you.
Jackie and Natalie did a round of rock paper scissors and Jackie won. Natalie grumbled and got out of the front seat making her way to the back seat.
Natalie had always made it a point to sit in the middle seat in your car. No matter what. She would never sit behind either of you. Technically she was banned from sitting behind Jackie because she’d ‘jokingly’ kick the back of her seat, so she got to pick to sit behind the driver's seat or middle. So she chose the middle to piss Jackie off.
Whenever you and Jackie would hold hands with your arms on the center console Natalie would always add her hand to the mix, slapping her hand down hard on both of your hands.
Which of course 30 into your drive you and Jackie started hand and all you hear is a whooshing sound before you feel a stinging feeling go through your hand.
“Fuck Nat,” you grumble, glaring at her through the rear-view mirror, “That hurts, dude. Calm it down. You’re going to hurt one of us.”
You were never one to tell Natalie to stop doing it. You thought it was funny, but Jackie didn’t and she had started to give you shit for not telling Natalie off.
Natalie quickly takes her hand back, and looks away, before unbuckling herself, even if the three of you were on the highway. She shuffled over to the left and sat behind your seat and buckled herself in once more.
The three of you don’t talk a peep the rest of the four hour drive. Jackie took a two hour nap leaning against the window, and you didn’t hear anything at all from Natalie. You had know idea what she was doing or what she was thinking.
By the time you got to the hotel it was dark. Two cars were parked side by side, one big SUV, with the back door opened next to a smaller car, which had its front door open, creating a small little enclosed space for people to talk. You could tell it was Taissa’s parents' car, and Shauna so you pulled into the space next to Shauna.
Natalie was quick to get out, not even grabbing her bags and running over to Taissa’s car and getting in, you could only guess she was going to talk to Van.
Once you all had booked in, you had met Lottie and Laura Lee in the little lobby waiting room, they had gone out to have dinner before you and your tiro had showed up.
The group split up, you and Jackie, Tai and Van, Lottie and Laura Lee, and finally Natalie and Shauna.
Jackie had begged you to carry her bags up to your room, and of course you said yes, even if you had both of your arms filled and you couldn’t move well.
You could feel eyes drilling into the back of your head but whenever you looked back all you saw was Natalie chatting with Shauna, a small smile on her face.
You didn’t get the best sleep, but you were excited for the day coming. The group had walked down to breakfast, it was a whole thing. Van kept burning their waffles in the waffle maker and wouldn’t let anyone help them and Jackie wouldn’t stop bothering you about giving her the bagel you made for yourself because she hadn’t liked the cereal she picked out.
Yet you couldn’t say no to Jackie, did she’d just nag more so you passed her your plain bagel with peanut butter over to her and took her bowl of raisin bran cereal. Heck you didn’t even like Raisin Bran but she would stop asking.
Natalie seemed to feel bad for you and ripped a piece of her bread off and passed it to you, a smile on her face once more.
Natalie had not joined you and Jackie to drive up to the theme park. She had joined Shauna in her car. The cars followed Lottie’s out of the parking lot and out onto the main road.
You had planned on going on one specific rollercoaster with Natalie. You knew Jackie wouldn’t like it but by the time you and Natalie got into line, Jackie shimmied herself into the middle of you, with a hold on Shauna’s arm, telling Natalie that they were joining and that Jackie was going to go with you, and Shauna with Natalie.
You let out a sigh but you couldn’t say no, or Jackie would come up with some stupid thing to say.
The coaster had huge drops, and when it was about to go down at its highest drop you felt Jackie hand grip onto your hand with a crushing grip. You knew this would happen. She would hold onto you too tightly, the way you told her never to. You bit your lip, really wishing that you were sat next to Natalie and not Jackie.
Behind you, Natalie nor Shauna were happy. Shauna only enjoyed one thing about theme parks and it was the small booth games, which she had slowly learned and developed tricks to win each and every time. Natalie was just unhappy she couldn’t sit with you on the rollercoaster, and wanted to so badly do something to Jackie.
Natalie hated that she didn’t shoot her shot with you when she had the chance to. She watched everyday when the two of you were lovey dovey and it irked her so much. It hurt, she thought that maybe you’d make the first move, and then one day when the two of you were hanging out, all she heard about was Jackie this and Jackie that. She didn’t care about Jackie. She cared about you.
You could tell that Jackie was getting nauseous from the ride but you couldn’t do anything, and hoped that she wouldn’t throw up. There was only around 20 seconds left and so far she looked fine.
You were counting down the seconds in your head, and was so thankful that before she had the opportunity to vomit the ride was done.
After that one ride though, Jackie wouldn’t let go of you at all. You liked physical touch, it was your way of showing love but Jackie was basically hanging onto you, she wouldn’t let you do anything alone. When you weren’t walking she was all over you, she had her head on your shoulder, her arms wrapped tightly around your body.
She’d get mad if you weren’t touching her in some way.
Finally you got fed up when your group was in line and Jackie was complaining about something you had done.
All you did was go to the bathroom, and Natalie had joined you. Which according to Jackie was ‘Natalie trying to hit on you’ but it really wasn’t.
“Jackie, stop. Seriously, people gotta piss. Get over it,” you could tell by Jackie’s face she was hurt by what you had said.
Natalie wanted to laugh, she loved when you put Jackie in her place. Severs her right, she thinks. Natalie didn’t understand at all why you went for Jackie in the first place. Sure she was pretty but that was basically all Natalie could even come up with as to why someone would want to date Jackie in the first place.
But then Jackie moves forward, and looks you right in the eyes, “She's in love with you. Always have been, you dumbass.”
You shake your head, “No. She just knows who I am. She’s just a really close friend.”
Natalie had to look away, because Jackie had moved forward, closer to you and wrapped her arms around your neck. “You know, I’m way better than her. I’m not some prick who doesn’t know how to handle herself. I actually know my worth, compared to her. I was able to basically steal you right from under her nose.”
You try to get out of Jackie’s grasp, not liking what she was implying. “Do you even love me?”
Jackie looked you up and down, a smile on her face, “You give me perks. It’s great.” Jackie had dodge your question straight up.
“So you don’t love me?”
“Not really. You were just a prize to be won. Arm candy.” Jackie smirks, “You make a really good arm candy. You're hot.”
You looked up at the ferris wheel, the group was standing in front of, and then made eye contact, “Hey! Nat. Get over here! You’re joining me on this thing!” You smirk at Jackie, and watch as Natalie walks over to you, and stands next to you.
“What about me!? I’m your girlfriend!” you look towards Jackie and shake your head, a smile on your face.
“Not anymore.” The best thing about you saying that was being able to see the way the anger rose on her face. “You can find someone else to drive you home.”
Jackie looked like she was going to explode, but she said nothing, and you turned to Natalie, your smirk turning to a smile. “So… is it really true you are like… in love with me?”
“Oh shut up,” Natalie says with a shake of her head, “Let’s just enjoy this ride and talk later.”
And talk later on you did. The two of you talked your feelings out and when you got to the hotel again that night, your bags were on the outside of the hotel room door waiting for you. You could hear Shauna and Jackie laugh through the door, so you just moved in with Natalie for the rest of the trip.
The drive back home was wonderful. Music blasting, and instead of holding Jackie’s hand you were holding Natalie’s.
Natalie had gotten what she had always wanted, you. She was happy that Jackie was out of the picture, but knew that soccer would be weird from then on. Yet Natalie didn’t have a care in the world.

Warm Morning
Vanlee x Fem!reader
No warnings
Summary: Your girlfriend loves Dolly Parton’s music.
Word Count: 388
It was a peaceful morning. You stood, leaning up against the counter in your kitchen, as your two girlfriends were sitting at the kitchen table. Van was reading a newspaper, a cup of coffee in front of where she sat.
Laura Lee has a guitar sitting in her lap as she tuned it. She had bought one after saving up for a few months. She had found piano was starting to get boring for her and the next thing she wanted to try was guitar.
You were sipping on some water, watching the pastries you had in the oven rise, when Laura Lee had started to strum the guitar. She had a bright smile on her face.
You could tell by the first few notes what the song was. You let out a laugh, Van still hadn’t looked up from her newspaper.
Soon enough, Laura Lee was soon in full swing singing Jolene by Dolly Parton. That’s when Van finally looked up from her paper, with a confused look on her face.
You push yourself away from the counter and walk up behind Van, leaning your front up against the chair she was sitting in and wrapping your arms around her neck, as you press a kiss to her cheek.
Laura Lee looks at the two of you fondly, and then Van pushes your arms off of her neck and stands, walking over to Laura Lee, and waiting for her to finish the song before she plants a kiss to Laura Lee’s forehead.
“I’m not taking your man,” Van says, making eye contact with you, a smirk on her face. “We’re gay, I can’t take your man.”
Laura Lee chuckles and lightly taps Van on the hip, but she stands up, and puts her guitar on its rest. “Van, we were together long before Y/n came into the picture, anyway.”
“Yeah but I took both of your women, I took both of you,” you say as you go to cheek out your pastries to see they are done and ready to be taken out. “Also, your playing and singing is amazing, Laura Lee.”
You take them out of the oven and put one on three plates, bringing them to the table. Van and Laura Lee sit back down as the three of you share a breakfast together.

The Break
Transmasc!VanNat x Fem!reader
DIscamlier: Can be read as romantic or platonic
Summary: It was always the three of you, until it wasn’t.
Word Count: 1981
You had grown near the trailer park. Your parents weren’t rich, but they had enough to give you a good childhood. Every birthday you got at least one of the things you wanted. You still remember the day you moved into that small house.
You were four, and it was a bright summer day when your day had pulled the U-haul into the driveway. You and your mother had driven up alone, with your father following you. Your mother had parked out in front of the house twenty minutes before your father had made it.
You had looked out over the street, seeing many other kids, some older and some younger than you. One who had stood out to you was a girl across the street, climbing the tree in her front yard. You had tried to run off to go talk to her, but your mother had stopped, saying that you had to unpack and set up your bedroom first.
It took you two full days to be able to go out and play outside. You had put your shoes on, and walked out of the house, the door slamming shut behind you as you ran out onto the grass of your front yard. Your eyes started scanning again for the young girl you saw days ago.
When you couldn’t see her you got sad, but then before your eyes you saw a flash of colour, and you yelped in surprise as a hand was jetted out in front of you, “I’m Vanessa! But most call me Van!”
You take her hand yours. You’ve never actually given anyone a handshake, and were a little confused why she gave you one. Nonetheless you gave her a smile and introduced yourself, “I’m Y/n. I just moved in.” And the rest was history. That was till two years later you and Van were at the small park in your neighborhood on the swings, just minding your own business when the both of you heard a high pitch scream and looked over to see two older boys standing over a girl.
Van was the first one up and running over, and you followed after her. You had squatted down next to the girl on the floor and poked at her arm, and she looked over to you, eyes wide. You looked to Van, to see her arguing with the two boys. She stared them dead in the eyes, and finally after what felt like minutes, which in reality was only a few seconds, the two of them scoffed and walked off.
Van joined you next to the girl, but she knelt. “I’ve never seen her before,” she whispers into your ear, and you nod in agreement. Said girl on the ground sat up, her knee was pretty banged up and she wasn’t even crying.
The girl was scrawny. Her eyes looked blank as she looked between you and Van. Her hair was an unkempt mess of brunette, falling just below her shoulders, and her two front teeth were missing.
She had thanked the two of you before she ran off, leaving you and Van in a state of confusion. Yet you and Van didn’t let it get to you and went back to the swings.
Van and you wouldn’t see the girl for weeks after. The next time the two of you did see the girl was at the start of grade 1. She was one of the only people late, and the only spot open for her to take was in the row you and Van were sitting in.
The girl was quiet. She would make snarky comments here and there to other kids, and would answer when spoken to but that was about it. Over the course of the first week you and Van got to know her a bit. You learned her name was Natalie.
By the end of that school year the three of you were as thick as thieves. Everyday the three of you were seen together. You three would constantly get in trouble, but it was fine because you guys would always have each other’s back.
The three of you were close until you all started high school. Natalie and Van were still close, they had joined the soccer team together, and you would watch each and every game they had.
By the start of your grade ten year Natalie had disappeared almost entirely from your life. She was always hanging out with Kevyn Tan. It hurt you, not being able to see her. Though you still had Van.
Van was still always there. The two of you had stuck to the same schedule of your grade 9 year. The two of you would join up after school, and walk to your house. By the time you both got to your house, the both of you set up on the couch and an hour nap, before the two of you would start on any homework you two had.
The two of you would have super with your parents and then you would say bye. It was simple but nice. It was the best part of your day, sure Nat wasn’t in on it anymore and you missed her but at least you still had Van.
You had Van around until the start of grade 11. By the second week of the first semester you noticed that you had only a bit more time with her. Every single thing out of her mouth after that week was always about this girl she had met, Taissa Turner.
You didn’t try to get her to stay. You just let it happen. You knew she would be happy and that would be enough for you.
The rest of your year wasn’t that good. You got good grades, but not much more. Most of the time you were in your room, you had read around 25 books in just that year alone.
You had been nervous the day before your last year of high school but you were also excited, you would be able to get a high education and get a high paying job. You even had picked out your outfit the night before.
The next morning was chaotic. You woke up a little later than your set alarm. Your whole morning was thrown off. Though you did make it to your car in time to get on your way to school.
By the time lunch had rolled around, you couldn’t stand school. Your locker was somehow already a mess, even though it was only the first day. You had found a note on the bottom part of your locker and picked it up.
The person who sent the letter had just put two letters down on the page, so you had no real idea of who it could have been. Nonetheless you were going to meet them behind the school today.
Lunch was the same as any other school year. It was most like last year when Van and Nat were off sitting with others. You always liked to think that just maybe one day they would come sit with you again and it would be like the old times, but it never was.
Your last two classes of the day dragged by, each passing minute had felt like hours before the last bell finally rang. You had to fight through the crowded hallway to get your bag from your locker. By the time you were making your way to the door at the back of the school the halls were less crowded.
When you had made your way to the back, there were two people who looked familiar to you. You had waited until the two had stopped talking and noticed you before you did anything else.
The two finally stopped talking and looked over to you, both had huge smiles on their faces when they saw you, “Y/n!” the one exclaimed and hugged you tight. You patted the person on the back before you pulled back.
“So you were the two that put that note in my locker?” The two nod their heads, and the shorter of the two spoke up “Yeah. You didn’t see the N and V at the end of the note? It’s Van and Nat, Y/n.”
You stood there in disbelief for a second, before you glared at the two, “So now you think it’s okay to finally talk to me? You just left me and now you come back? What did your girlfriend drop you Van? Did your burnout friend leave you Nat?”
“First of all, what the fuck?” Van says, “And second of all. Tai and I broke up on mutual terms, she has a new girlfriend.”
Nat wouldn’t even look at you, “Kevyn ran off when I told him that I’m a transmasc lesbian so…”
“We’ve only had each other. You don’t even pick up the phone when we call!” You’ve never heard Van raise her voice at you in the years of knowing her.
“Well you guys never call me!” you snap back, a look of pure anger on your face.
“What do you mean never call you? We call you every day? Your mom picks up and says you're out” Nat says, shoving her hands into her pockets.
“I hardly ever leave the house,” came your rebuttal. You rub your hand over your forehead, a look of confusion on your face.
“Okay so that means we’ve all been lied to. How about putting it to the past, yeah?” Van asks, a soft smile on her lips.
“Yeah… so what have you two been up to?”
The three of you talked until the sun had almost gone down.
“Oh yeah, Nat and I use he and him” Van had said as the three of you were on the way to your house. Nat was too busy lighting a smoke to say anything, but he did nod.
You knew it was going to be a good night, the three of you together like old times. YOu had even promised to cut their hair for them.
It was 5 pm by the time you guys got to your house and you had Van take a seat in the kitchen, as you draped a big garbage bag over top of his shoulders. You had put water in a small spray bottle and started spraying it on his hair.
You were happy to have the two back in your home. You missed it.
“Ready?” you had turned on the clippers, and Van nodded. You had already cut off a good amount of hair to begin with kitchen scissors, Nat and Van were lucky you took that hair class.
You left a bit of length on the top, back and sides of Van's head before giving him a mirror to look at. It looked good on him. You walk out of the kitchen for a second as Van looks at his hair and you come back with a thing of gel.
You put some in your hands before running your hands through his hair, styling it nicely. “Perfect. You look spiffy.” Van smiles as he stands up and pats you on the shoulder, “Thanks. I like it a lot.”
Nat was hard to work with, he didn’t know what he wanted done. He kept changing his mind, until you told him to stop thinking and you’d surprise him with something he should like.
You add more layers than you did with Vans, but still keep the hair short. You didn’t use the clippers on him, leaving a more profound shape. You fluff up his hair with your hands a bit before handing him off the mirror. He didn’t get any gel.
That night you watched two backs walk away from your house, but this time, unlike the last, you knew it wouldn’t last.

Finders Keepers
No warnings
Word Count: 950
You were having a bad day. A really bad day. You woke up too early, and couldn’t fall back asleep, then you ran out of coffee. You were 5 minutes later to work, and your boss had finally decided to fire you.
On the way home it poured. Of course you hadn’t checked the weather, so you had no umbrella. Nor could you call a taxi, not wanting to spend a bunch of money on one. You tried to seek shelter in a small cafe you passed, but a lot of people were standing in it, so you thought better and went on your way.
By the time you got home, you were soaked to the bone. You kicked off your shoes at the front door and ran to the bathroom. You had a nice hot shower. Letting all your worries drain away as you stood under the stream of water.
You step out of the shower an hour after you got in, the water had turned from warm to cold. You wrap yourself up in a towel before walking over to your bedroom. You grab a pair of sweatpants you had left laying on your bed that morning and put them on.
Finding a comfortable shirt was a different story though. You found yourself digging through a drawer, pulling out shirt after shirt. None looked comfortable enough for you. Before finally, you stumbled upon a shirt, it was old. Some small holes had formed in it, and the colour was fading.
It was one of Shauna’s old shirts. You two had lost it a few years ago, when you went on a trip. It looks like you were wrong and it was put into a random drawer.
Once dressed, you venture off into the kitchen, and grab a cold pop from the fridge. You take a cup out from your cabinet and put a few pieces of ice into it before pouring the pop over top of it. Taking a sip from your glass you walk into the living room, and sit down on the couch.
You place the glass onto the table, and pick up the t.v remote. You had a few hours to kill before Shauna came over. The two of you were going to watch Big Brother together.
You flip through the channels. Finally finding a show you actually want to watch. You lay down on the couch, and pull a blanket off of the top of the couch and wrap it around yourself. You let out a sigh.
The tv drowns out a bunch of the thoughts in your head. Enough so that you are able to actually get some more rest.
Three hours later you had woken up. A ring around your glass of pop, and no more ice left in it. You knew it would be watered down but you still pick the glass up and chug the drink.
You get up off the couch walking into the kitchen again, going to wash your glass, before noticing the time. You had around five minutes before Shauna would be at your house. So you quickly wash the glass and race back to the living room, making sure the right channel is on for Big Brother.
The next few minutes go by really slowly. The tv had landed on commercials, when there was finally a knock at your door.
The walk to the front door seemed longer than it was. When you opened it, you saw Shauna standing on the other side, a smile on her face, and a bag on her back. You pull her into the house, and close the door behind her. You give her just enough time to take off her shoes and jacket before you are hugging her.
She pats you on the back as you cling to her, “What’s up with you today? You’re never like this.”
“Bad day,” you mumble out, your head resting on her shoulder.
Shauna pulls back, and looks at you, “Then let’s make it a better day.”
You find yourself leaning against Shauna on the couch. Big Brother now playing, you had only a little bit of trouble keeping your eyes open. Shauna’s hand was running through your hair, and mumbling out comments about what was happening in the show.
Soon enough a set of commercials are on, and Shauna looks down at you, “Is that my shirt?”
You nod, “Yeah. I found it earlier in my dresser.” “That was like my all time favourite shirt. I’ll be taking it back when I leave tomorrow.” Shauna replies, yanking slightly on the sleeve closest to her.
“Finder keepers, not happening. I’m not having a replay of our first date. Don’t get me wrong, it was a great date, but it’s not happening.” you say, swatting her hand away from the sleeve.
You hear no reply so you continue talking, “I still can’t believe that you wore this shirt on our first date. Real question being why didn’t you listen to Jackie when she told you not to wear a teenage mutant ninja turtle shirt to a date. You’re lucky you’re cute. And you were lucky that we were going to the movies that day.”
“I was dressed perfectly fine for a date. I wore my good jeans and my good flannel,” Shauna rebuttals and you laugh. “Fine, fine. You looked good,” you roll your eyes, “I can’t believe you got me to watch a TMNT movie that night, but it was a nice date.”
After that the only sound that was made was Shauna’s comments again and breathing. By the time Big Brother was over, both of you were halfway asleep on the couch.

'The Date'
Lottielee x Transmasc!reader
warnings: Talk of injections
Summary: Your girlfriend allows you to go on a fake date.
Word Count: 1788
It was a Sunday in the Fall and you were sitting in a chair in your girlfriend Lottie’s house. She had gone out and bought a few different outfits for you to try. You had plans today with your girlfriend's best friend Laura Lee.
She had come up to the two of you one day, and had asked if you could accompany her to a church dinner thing. You really had no idea what it was, but you first looked at Lottie before answering Laura Lee’s question and all she had done was nodded her head.
You look up from the list of Bible passages and parables Laura Lee had printed out for you to read in case someone started talking about religion or the bible with you. You can see Lottie finally find an outfit from the bags for you to try on.
“Babe, come try this on,” Lottie says and you get up, walking over to her and taking the clothes from her hands and walking to the bathroom.
In the bathroom you first pull your shirt off, and look into the mirror. You had saved up over the past few years with odd jobs to finally get top surgery, and a few months back you finally got it. You smile and continue taking your clothes off.
Once you are undressed you replace your original clothing items with a white button up and a nice pair of slacks. You look in the mirror and try to fix your hair. You smile and inhale deeply before you step back out of the bathroom and into Lottie’s room.
She was sitting on her bed, a rerun of The Golden Girls playing on her tv as she waited for you. As you step into her room she turns her attention from the tv to you.
“Lookin good, handsome,” Lottie mumbles out as she smooths out your shirt, flatting your collar, and then looks you in the eyes, “Do you like it?”
“I do, yeah” you say with a nod, and she smiles, “But can I try out another outfit?”
Lottie goes back over to her bags and starts pulling out clothes. She hands them off to you again and you walk back over to the bathroom.
You replace the white button up with a black polo shirt and the slacks with a pair of dress pants. You were also given a belt, so you fed it through the loops in the pants and fastened it around yourself.
You give yourself a once over in the mirror. You think you like the button up shirt more, with the slacks, but you’ll see what Lottie says.
Lottie gave you a look over when you came into her bedroom and shook her head, “No, you still look handsome, but that’s not the right outfit for you.”
You laugh and nod your head, “Yeah. I’m going to change back into the last outfit.”
Five minutes later you were changed and back in the chair you were sitting in earlier as Lottie styled your hair. “Because I’m going on a fake date. I just want to know what you are okay with me doing?”
Lottie smiles, “To make it look like you are her boyfriend, make sure to be by her side the whole time, and you might have to kiss her on the lips a few times. I’m fine with you kissing her. Also, she said she talked to her parents, and they are letting her go back to your house after, though she asked if you can just take her back here.” “Okay, sounds good to me, if you’re okay with it, I am,” you respond and decide to go through the bible passages one more time while Lottie finishes her work.
Soon enough Lottie is standing at the front door with you as you tie up your dress shoes. She’s stood off to the side with a sports jacket in hand for when you finish putting on your shoes. You stand up and take the jacket from her hands and put it on.
“See you later tonight, baby” you say before you press a kiss to her lips. “I love you.”
You hear Lottie say ‘I love you too,” as you walk out her front door and down the steps to your car. Laura Lee told you that you’d just meet her at the church.
It’s only a few minutes drive to the church, you even somehow make it there before Laura Lee. So you step out of your car, and spray a little bit of cologne on, you didn’t have any at Lottie’s house, but you always kept a small bottle of your favourite scent in your car.
Soon enough you see Laura Lee step out of her parents car and look around for you. She hadn't spotted you yet so you started to make your way over to her, and stand behind her, “Hey, Lee.”
She turns around when she hears your voice and smiles at you, “You made it!” she replies.
You nod your head and look her up and down quickly, you couldn’t deny that you thought she looked pretty right now. She was wearing a simple floral dress with a cardigan and white flats. “Of course I did. I wouldn’t miss this for the world.”
Laura Lee grabs your hand, and turns to her parents who were talking, “There’s no church service today,” Laura Lee whispers to you, and you nod to her.
Laura Lee waits for her parents to stop talking, and when they do she looks over to you and then back at her parents, “Dad, Mom. This is Y/N, the boy I was telling you about. My boyfriend.”
You shake her fathers hand and smile at her mother. Then the four of you walk into the church and down a flight of stairs to a basement. There was a small dance floor and multiple tables with food sit up, along with tables and chairs.
You follow Laura Lee to a small table of four in a corner, where two were already sitting, she introduced you, and said they were church friends. You took your jacket off and put it on the back of one of the chairs. The four of you sat and talked for twenty minutes before someone holding a microphone called supper.
Table by table is called over to the tables with food. Your table was last, so you grab two plates and let Laura Lee put whatever she wants on the plates.
Once everyone was sat back down at the tables the microphone man led them in a prayer before they all ate. The food was good, and so was the company. You had engaged in conversation with each of the table members.
Soon after the lights were dimmed and the parents made their way out of the church and to their cars to leave. You look over to Laura Lee confused, “It’s a dance. My parents said I actually needed a ‘date’ for this thing for once.”
You stand, offering your hand out to her, a grin on your face, “May I have this dance?” you asked, and Laura Lee pretended to think it over before she took your hand and stood from her seat.
The two of you walk out onto the dance floor and wrap your arms around each other and sway in time with the music. You couldn’t help but like dancing with Laura Lee. It was a lot of fun, and she was easy to get along with.
You two danced the night away, or more like the two of you danced till seven when the dance ended. You grab your jacket, and Laura Lee’s cardigan from the table, and help Laura Lee put it on, before you put your jacket on.
The walk to the car was short, and the drive back to Lottie’s seemed even shorter. You and Laura Lee had not talked on the way home, but the two of you sat in silence as the radio played in the background.
Finally with the car parked in Lottie’s driveway, you get out and open Laura Lee’s door for her. The two of you make your way up to Lottie’s porch, and then inside, taking your shoes off, before making your way up to Lottie’s room, where she was still in bed watching Golden Girl reruns.
“Hey Lottie,” you say as you shed your jacket and place it on the back of a chair. You grab a bag off of the floor and look between Lottie and Laura Lee. “Do either of you need to use the bathroom?”
Both said no, so you walked to the bathroom, and got changed. You rummaged through your bag, grabbing out your supplies and could hear Lottie and Laura Lee from Lottie’s bedroom. They thought that they were being quiet but they weren’t.
You could hear them talking about you. You could only pick out a few words, but you could tell which voice was saying them. Laura Lee was calling you handsome, and Lottie was agreeing, the two of them saying that made you smile.
You walk back out of the bathroom five minutes later and see Lottie and Laura Lee on her bed both in pajamas.
Lottie looked at you, the look on her face asking if you were okay. You nodded at her. She usually liked helping you with your injections but tonight there was a guest and she didn’t want to be rude and leave Laura Lee alone.
You put your bag on the floor, the clothes you wore earlier inside of it. You sat down on bed too, and the three of you spent the rest of your night watching movies.
By the time all of you were ready to sleep, you kissed Lottie, and then turned to lay down before she spoke up, “You know, I said I was okay if you kissed Laura Lee.”
You sat up again, and looked at Laura Lee and she nodded her head, a small blush forming on her face, and you leaned in, and pressed a kiss to Laura Lee’s lips. Once the two of you pulled apart, Lottie leaned into Laura Lee, and she laughed before turning to look Lottie in the face, “Yes?”
“Where’s my kiss?” Lottie asked, a teasing smile on her face. Laura Lee leaned forward and pecked Lottie on the lips.
“How was that?” Laura Lee responded.
“Wonderful. Thank you.”
Finally the three of you were all lying down, and somehow you got pushed into the middle of the bed, with Lottie and Laura Lee cuddled into you on both sides. You were happy with the outcome though.

Puzzle Night
Taishauna x Fem!reader
No Warnings
Summary: You, Taissa and Shauna have a puzzle night.
Word Count: 608
It was 9 pm on a Friday night, and you were laying on Shauna’s couch. She had invited you and Taissa over that night to have supper with her and her mother. You had agreed and got to her house at 4 pm on the dot and hung around with Shauna and her mother. So you had dressed up in a nice dress before then changing out of it and into some of Shauna’s once her mother left for the night.
Taissa had to decline, her parents wanting to have a nice family dinner. She did say she’d show up later, after her and her family finished eating. Along with that she had promised the two of you that the three of you would have your monthly puzzle night.
You had been helping Shauna in the kitchen preparing snacks for the puzzle but she kicked you out because you kept trying to sneak food off the plates. She got fed up after the fourth time she caught you and sent you away.
20 minutes later, you are getting up from the couch and walking to the front door and opening it to see your girlfriend in front of you, holding a puzzle and a small bag. You smile and let her into the house, taking the bag out of her hand.
“That has ice cream,” Taissa tells you, and you nod walking back into the kitchen and opening the freezer, you put the ice cream in it, and turn back to see you are alone in the kitchen, none of the snack food Shauna had been plating insight.
You walk back into the living room and sit on the couch, Taissa sitting between Shauna and you. The puzzle on the coffee table, unopened. The snack plates on the side table. You reach for the puzzle box, and unwraps the plastic wrap. “How long do we get this time?”
You ask as Shauna starts a timer on her phone, “An hour,” she replies as Taissa starts right as the box is on the table.
She takes the top off and starts to take the puzzle pieces out of the box. You three worked in a practiced way. Shauna would work on the edge pieces, Taissa on the middle and you’d help both of them, along with sorting.
You start sorting the pieces by shape, and then group them off into smaller piles by colour. Slowly Shauna finishes the edges and starts to help Taissa.
The pieces start coming together and once you are done sorting you help with the middle as well.
You check the time. There was only 30 minutes left. You start to focus now, and rapidly start to put pieces into place.
Shauna had always loved doing puzzles with the two of you, but Taissa was the one who came up with the idea to time the three of you. It was actually a really good idea, it helped the three of you, relax and also work together.
Taissa and Shauna had always been better at puzzles than you, but you tried. You could tell you were getting better at puzzling.
The three of you had a few more pieces to put in before the timer went off. Taissa sighed, “We did better than last time, but still disappointing.”
“I’ll dish up some of that ice cream you brought,” you murmur out after pressing a kiss to Taissa’s cheek.
Soon enough the three of you had a bowl of ice cream in your hands, as you watched a movie. The unfinished puzzle is still sitting on the table, yet no one pays no mind to it.

Anchor Point
Laura Lee x Transmasc!reader
No warnings
Summary: You teach Laura Lee archery.
Word Count: 1371
One spring afternoon, you and your girlfriend Laura Lee were laying in your bed, curled up together. You had discarded the book you were reading to take a nap an hour ago and now as you wake from your nap, you see Laura Lee looking at you. Her fingers tracing your chest scars a loving look in her eyes.
You watch as Laura Lee finally notices you are awake and her face flushes red, you let out a chuckle as she hides her face in your neck. You put a hand on the back of her head and run your fingers through her hair a few times to help her relax.
Once she relaxes and takes her head out of your neck you look to the side, catching a glimpse of your alarm clock.
“Shoot. I got to go practice,” you mumble out, and rub at your eyes, and go to sit up, balancing on your elbows.
“Practice?” Laura Lee asked, confused as she looked at you getting out of bed and putting your shirt on.
“Archery,” you replied, grabbing your phone and putting it in your back pocket. “I have a tournament coming up in a month. So practice every day is a must.”
“Can you teach me?” Laura Lee asks, swinging her legs over the edge of your bed, feet planting on the ground.
You nod as you slip on a zip up sweater, “Of course I can yeah,” you nod, a smile lighting up your face. You’ve always wanted to teach her how to do archery, but you never had the guts to tell her that you did archery.
You didn’t know why you never had the guts to tell her. You don’t ever tell anyone in general really that you do archery, it’s something you like to keep on the downlow.
“Put your hair up, though. Don’t want your hair whipping in the wind as you try to sight in with a bow,” you say as you grab an elastic Laura Lee had left on one of her last visits to your house.
You and Laura Lee walk out of your room and down your stairs and once inside your sun porch you stand behind her and gather her hair into your hands and tie it out of her face for her.
“I’m gonna give you an arm guard,” you say as you start rummaging around in a drawer in a long tool box and pull out a good sized arm guard and pass it back to Laura Lee.
“It’s for when you shot the bow. If your arm holding the bow is too straight the string will hit your arm” you explain as you then pull out a few finger gloves. You put yours on before turning to Laura Lee and taking hold of her hand, putting on a small sized glove before looking up into her eyes. “Too tight?”
She shakes her head, “It’s perfect,” she responds so you do up the velcro on it to make sure it’s secure around her wrist.
“I’m going to give you a hip quiver. Which means you’ll have to put a belt on,” you say as you turn back to the tool box and pull open the belt drawer, and look through it before pulling out an old ratted belt.
“This was my belt for the longest time,” you say as you place it over your shoulder and grab out your belt.
You pass the old belt to Laura Lee as you loop your own through your jeans belt holes. Once you both had your belts on you clipped a quiver to both of them and led Laura Lee out into the backyard.
“I just need to get the targets out, also the bows along with our arrows,” you called over your shoulder as you walked over to a shed and spun the lock on it a few times before it clicked open.
Two targets get dragged out into the open grass of your backyard. One target is closer in range than the other. You pause for a second and walk back into the shed and get two more targets placing them next to the one target.
Once you make sure the targets are in place you get arrows out. You grab your own carbon arrows, which are sighted in for your bow and then pick up a bunch of old aluminum, ones you don’t use much anymore. You stick all the arrows in your quiver before picking up your bow. It was only a few years old by now, and it was the first compound bow you ever actually bought yourself, all your older bows were bought by your parents.
You pull out your old bow, it was still in great shape, and it was a good size. You were finally ready to walk back over to Laura Lee and hand her off the arrows and bow that you’ve picked out for her.
Making your way back to Laura Lee, you can see the smile on her face as she waits for you. You step up in front of her and pass her the bow, and she takes a look at it as you separate your carbons from her aluminums. As you put the arrows in her quiver she speaks up.
“Batman stickers?”
You rub your forehead and laugh slightly. “Yeah that bow saw me through a lot… especially my Batman phase.”
She chuckles along with you, as you get in place beside her. You draw an arrow from your quiver and nock it. You pull back, finding your anchor point on your face, and steading your breath as you aim and finally once you line up your shot you let go.
The arrow wizzes through the air before it hits dead center on the target. You turn back towards Laura Lee, “Let’s nock your first arrow, yeah?”
You walk closer to her and watch as she takes out an arrow and nocks it, you nod and she brings her bow up. “Keep your arm bent,” you say as you put your hand on her arm and help her bend it. “There we go, much better for shooting.”
Laura Lee smiles at you, and you smile back before going back to teaching her. “Now, if you put your index finger above the arrow like so,” you say and bring her right hand up and put her index finger above the arrow and then take her middle and ring finger putting it under the arrow, “That is called the Mediterranean draw.”
Once more you fall back and watch her as she draws back, “Find a place on your face you’ll always go to when you draw.”
She draws back, her anchor point landing near her lips and you watch her take a deep breath and before you know it Laura Lee is firing the arrow. It hits into the target but doesn’t land in the bullseye.
“Good job,” it was a great start in your opinion. She had good form
but she could improve. “Do that a few more times and I’ll check in on you in a bit.”
You walk back to your spot and draw a few more arrows as you shoot them into the target one by one, even getting a Robin Hood once, which was very exciting.
Once you finish the arrows in your quiver you turn to Laura Lee, seeing she has one left. “Where’s your anchor point?”
She looks over to you, a confused look on her face, “With God,” she then turns back to her target.
You stand in silence for a second before realizing what she meant. “I meant where your anchor point is on your bow,” you say, a chuckle slipping out.
“Ohh… right here,” she pulls her string back and anchors it, you nod, it looks good and she shoots it. This one much closer to a bullseye then the last one you watched her take.
You spend the next two hours shooting with your girlfriend before she finally gets a bullseye. You both get excited and you bring her into a hug, pressing a kiss to her cheek. “I’m so proud of you! You got a bullseye!”

Not cool man...
Lottie Matthews x fem!reader
Warnings: injury and ambulance
Summary: You go to the skate park and trouble occurs
Word count: 933
There were two skate parks in town. One newer, which you hated going to, but it was closer to your house, and an older one. You’d always try to go to the old one but most of your skater friends hated it because according to them it was a ‘death trap’ sure there were nails everywhere and pieces of scrap metal but it was your favourite. The older skate park had more personality you would always try to reason, but your friends would just look at you like you were an alien.
Against your better judgment, and because one of your skater friends' girlfriends would bring snacks, so you set out for the park. It was much bigger than the older skate park, which was nice but that means it was much more crowded.
You make it to the skate park, say hi to Akilah, and put your bag near where she is sitting. She greets you but goes quiet again, and following her line of sight you see her girlfriend Mari teaching Akilah’s nephew how to skate, which wasn’t going all that great, the skateboard that was being used to teach was far too big for the young boy.
Taking a deep breath you put your board down and hop on. Your warmup was always on flat ground, so you spent a few minutes doing tricks before you felt like you were warmed up enough to continue on. You skated the halfpipe, the bowl, and even some rails before your small group of friends met up on the side lines.
“We should play a game of skate,” Van says, laying down in the grass, “It’s been forever since we’ve played it.”
You nod your head as you take an offered pack of Goldfish from Akilah. Opening the pack you look out at the skatepark. There were a lot of people, and kids. You knew a game of skate would be hard with kids everywhere, riding in front of you as you try to do a trick. You were happy that Akilah's nephew was asleep beside her right now.
“I’d be down if my board didn’t break,” Nat scoffs, her board lay by her feet, broken straight down the middle. You know for a fact she’d never use any of the group's skateboards because they weren’t hers, so it would be hard to get comfortable on it.
Soon after everyone had a best of rest, they all got up and the first person did their trick, and because Van suggested it, she went first. It was simple, just a simple backside nosegrind off of one of the blocks into a heelflip.
Everyone goes back and forth. Gaining letters and making tricks harder and harder till you wipe out completely.
A girl on a longboard had come into the skatepark a little after you and your small group of friends had started playing and you felt like she’d get in the way but you didn’t think she’d be the reason you would suffer a broken arm.
You groan in pain before sitting up and looking at your arm, “Fuck not again,” you sigh. Your left arm was always the arm you’d break, you don’t know why it was always your left arm but it was. In all your years of skating you’ve only ever broken the left arm, never the right.
The person on the longboard came skating back around, hopping off her board and picking it up, “That doesn’t look too good,” she says, and you look up and over to her.
“It’s broken of course it doesn’t,” was your response as you are helped up by Mari who leads you over to Akilah. The longboard girl follows the two of you over to the side line.
“Is there anything I can do to help you?” she asks and you glare over at her.
“There is, watch where you’re going when on that thing,” you point to the longboard that was now under her arm.
She shakes her head, “I can pay for your hospital visit. I would rather not get insurance involved with this.”
“Fine.”
Soon enough you were in the ambulance. None of your friends at the skatepark had a car, and of course today was the day Shauna had to be busy and couldn’t make it to the skatepark.
For whatever reason your friends let the longboard girl go in the ambulance with you. You could feel her eyes bearing into the side of your head. You didn’t pay any attention to her as you just kept your eyes trained on one of the walls of the ambulance.
Hours later you were finally out of the cramped room they had brought you too once making it to the hospital and now had a cast on your arm. You walked through the waiting room and pasted the longboard girl who got up and followed you out.
You look over to her once out of the hospital and she smiles at you, “Everything is paid for,” she tells you, and she then looks through her bag and pulls out a few flowers and hands them to you, “Have a good day.”
And then you're left alone, walking back to your place.
Walking into your house, kicking off your shoes and sitting on the couch you notice a small piece of paper sticking out of the flowers, which you had thrown onto the table.
You read the small note. A name and phone number printed on it, “Huh, Lottie Matthews,” you mumble out and grab your phone, putting her number into your contacts.
