I never used to cleanse my face before sleeping and usually only brushed my teeth once a day in the morning and not at night. When I get sleepy I just lose all motivation to do anything. But I found a hack and now I’ve been on a roll. my back is that I just track each day that I cleanse and brush. That’s it, I just have a sticky note where I put the date and a check mark. And now that I have a streak, I always cleanse and brush even when I don’t feel like it because I don’t want to break my streak. so yeah if you’re tr to build some habit maybe try tracking It.
