--Octavio Do I really need to explain? Two time main bad guy, all time dumbass who will remix yo face and dubstomp you? Currently Tempo and Tetra’s prisoner, they keep an eye on him to make sure he behaves.

--Tempo / The Real Agent 4 It’s the man of the hour and the man of the house! Tempo! After bashing Octavio’s squishy head in and having him imprisoned in a globe, he decided to squidnap the big boy and originally was just keeping him as a pet in his home. Eventually he let Octavio had a LITTLE bit of freedom. Branding DJ as Gramps, they live together mostly in unison. Though he does escape from time to time. He’s got a body count, and no he isn’t a child.

--Tetra / Agent 8 The one that changed the course of history, I say. Agent 8 aka Tetra! A quiet Octoling who was content on living her life alone down in the metro, despite ending Tartar’s terror, and despite experiencing Inkopolis. She had her run in with Tempo during a turf war, and they managed to hit it off. She stays with him and Octavio, though seems particularly fond of the later. She tends to be so quiet you barely notice her....

--BONUS ROUND-- AKA a few little side characters that will show from time to time, or a lot.

--Commander Tartar You know him, you love him, and he’s back...Worse than ever. Out for revenge, but far too powerless to properly go about it. Desperately trying to get used to the make and feel of this form while he seeks revenge, with what little help he has.

--Agent 4 / Agent 3 || Dai-4 and Treble respectively These two are inseperable! Taking up the spot Tempo left behind, 4 was taken under 3′s wing and before long, they had formed a deep bond with one another, despite how different they are. 4 is marked for being threatening and imposing, but the reality is that she is the least concern, but she’s still an excellent shot. 3, however, he is the opposite. He’s outgoing and fun loving, but he takes his job very seriously. Often forgets that hygiene is a thing and prefers to keep working and working, to 4′s dismay. He’s the one to worry about between the two 

--Ozborn / “”Agent 7″” Tetra’s brother, “lost” to the rot of Tartar’s influence. Though unlike Tetra, who is only inclined to save Tartar, but with more than enough capability to hurt him, Ozzy is unable to harm Tartar due to much more influence of the primordial ooze, but not enough that he’s completely brainwashed. Loves his sister dearly, but he prefers to stay out of sight of the public. Though he does run off from time to time...

---Captain Anchor / Akolumis A mysterious fellow that claims to be just another passenger riding the train through the Metro; a bioluminescent sea anemone who has an air of secrecy around him. Despite his size and intimidating appearance or gloomy looks, he is remarked as compassionate and gentle, yet stern like a father. On bad days, he houses Ozzy, but happily takes in those who truly need the help. He comes and goes, but he’s always there when you need him. Strange.
