Aoi noticed from the corner of her eye that Rosie had waved back at her. Should I properly introduce myself? Her mind began to ponder. She got up and went over to Rosie.

"Hi! I, er, believe we haven't introduced ourselves properly. I'm Aoi." She said, curtsying to hide her embarrassed expression. That went absolutely shitty.

Rosie double checked every room, between the table setup, to the photographer to the orchestra that would be playing. Noting the time, she gave the okay cue for them to begin playing. Taking a breath, she walks towards the doors, nodding her head to those who were hired for security as the crimson train for her dress followed behind her. It was time for the grand event to begin and what sort of hostess would she be if she didn't greet her guests at the door?

Opening the double doors, she waited patiently for her guests to arrive; eager to see them all in their lovely outfits.

This is Aoi!

She is a Sinner who resides in Pentagram City. Aoi's sinful actions/the reason why she got to Hell is shooting down a dude who tried to flirt with her then assaulted several police. Her death was went fighting the police on a rooftop of a large city building, she tripped over a body and tumbled down into the streets below. Since then, she makes sure to keep distance from everybody down in Hell.

Aoi is incredibly antisocial, and when agitated, will proceed to stab someone with a hidden dagger she keeps in her pocket.

Probably younger. Octavia would need a friend to hang around with when she isn't staying with Stolas. Cause to be honest, an older hellhound around would be problematic.
