My goal in this fandom is to spread the idea that it’s cool to explore Zane’s inhumanness because idk if I’m just not looking for it properly but I can’t find ANYTHING exploring that he is a Nindroid to the fullest extent. Let this man have loading screen eyes while he thinks because he thinks it’s funny, explore how self sacrificial he is because he’s “expendable” since he can build a new body or body part, explore the quirks of machinery like software updates giving Zane a funny or exploitable glitch.

SO many cool things can be explored and u bet your ass I’m actively planning like 4 separate comics about it as we speak

#listen ive taken robotics and programming classes for years now #am i good at it? no. but what else were they for if not for technologically accurate zane content #i KNOW all the ways to explore zanes robotic-ness in a compelling ay #and i am just sitting on this knowledge

No clue about you guys but headcanoning Zane as like 6'7" is really fuckin' fun cuz like imagine Dr. Julien designing him and going "Ykw I'm gonna make my son the tallest mf anyone's ever seen." And actually going through with it.

#i think zane was a perfectly Normal And HumanTM height of 6' at first but after he died and rebuilt himself he tacked on a few extra inches #so now hes more in the 6'4 range

the main interesting aspect of Arin's character to me is not so much that he is a frustrated, angry, and lonely person underneath a kind, friendly, and eager exterior. Rather its that he is all of these things in equal measure, but everyone around him (including the audience at first) isn't really privy to these "negative" traits, and sort of has been brushing his expression of them off as simple lack of self-confidence; a small blip in his inevitable hurdle towards self-actualization. I don't think anyone means anything bad by it, but I think everyone views Arin as such an inherintly good and talented person, that he doesn't feel comfortable truly expressing how lost he feels without his parents. The dissonance is coalescing within him, into a guilt at not being good enough to save his parents. That causes the encouraging words of his mentors and friends to feel more and more like a lie, and those friendly and kind traits that are inherint to his character, to feel like a weakness that isn't even being returned to him in kind.
