Job Responsibilities :
• Provides support to shared entities for decision making i.e. financial forecast, areas of cost reduction, costing structures, etc.
• Responsible for monthly management reporting & statutory reporting on a quarterly and annual basis in line with given regulatory regulations.
• Responsible for timely completion of internal & external audit activities; support for the implementation of efficient and appropriate internal controls across all shared entities.
• Manages a team of 10 to 15 persons for work allocation, training, supervision, capacity creation, job rotations and succession planning.
• Ensures compliance with defined statutory regulations & reporting timelines.
• Manage enterprise risk register, minutes of risk & compliance committees along with circulation of reports with relevant committees on quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis.
• Maintains close liaison with external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements: CA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA, 6 - 8 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years of managerial experience
Concluding the Future Leadership Internship Program (FLIP), Descon moves towards embarking Graduate Trainee Program (GTP)!
Descon’s FLIP of the Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) concluded with a small ceremony, held on November 15, 2021, with the FLIP interns and HR teams in attendance. The interns got a chance to share their experiences and reflect upon the 8 weeks of rigorous training and learning opportunities they received.
The program aimed and successfully achieved imparting confidence and knowledge in interns, through classroom education at Descon Training Institute coupled with practical experiences and exposure at Descon Head Quarters, in order to succeed in Phase ll of GTP.
