    ‘ mmhmm, sure, love. you’re not turning soft. ’ kara let a small smile form as she heard erin chuckle, thankful that there was at least a little bit of humor inside there somewhere. the whole situation had freaked her out, and she was glad to see that erin could still crack a joke, especially after what happened. kara didn’t even want to think about what could have happened to her, and knowing that erin was there in her arms and that she was safe made her feel a lot better than she had been feeling previously. ‘ oh you think i could forget the night i thought you were going to leave me for good and broke down in my kitchen ? that still haunts me to this day. the thought of losing you ? kills me. actually kills me. here lies kara            cause of death ? she thought about losing the love of her life. ’

     ‘ like i’d leave you when you’re wrapped around me. i don’t think i’ll be able to move an inch. you’re a hugger. ’ a small laugh fell from her lips as she placed a kiss on the top of erin’s head, a moment of panic surging through her body as erin flinched.  ‘ love hey, don’t move too much. you’re still healing. and yes ma’am. i won’t move from this bed until you wake up. ’
