Four Oatmeal Recipes
I鈥檓 back, sort of. I make a lot of oatmeal now and I hope these recipes will help you out. They are all 100-200 kcal.
For all of my oatmeal, I use 1/3c of quick oats and 1/3 cup of unsweetened, plain almond milk. This makes my base 110 calories. Whether you use quick oats or old fashioned oats, 1/3 cup should be 100 calories. If you want to eat more than that, 陆 cup of oats is 150 calories and 陆 cup of almond milk is 15 calories, making the base 165 calories.聽 Normally you would use twice the liquid as oats, but I like my oatmeal to be cakier. I also microwave my quick oats for 2 minutes for this reason.

Hi so I made fucking cauliflower cheese bread bullshit
265 calories, feel free to change what you like idfk the world is your oyster
340g Frozen cauliflower rice - 80 cal
113g Fat free cottage cheese - 80 cals
28g Reduced mozzarella cheese - 80
46g Liquid egg substitute- 25
1. Microwave cauliflower, drain the fuck out of that bitch.
2. Mix Oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder/salt, and parsley with your egg.
3. Drain cottage cheese, add mozzarella.
4. MIX EVERYTGING TOGETHER AND THROW INTO A MF PAN, pOP IT IN A PRE COOKING OVEN AT 400 DEGREES, COOK FOR 25 - 30 MINUTES UNTIL FULLY COOKED
5. Fucking, done, eat it, with your MOUTH
