!!! hiyo ! i apologize for the lacking starters posted in the past.. uh, since the event started/when i apped ! i got swarmed by finals and also somehow entirely exhausted, so i fell asleep far more often than expected + was promptly distracted by other things!

i’m going to turn this into a p2 starter call - sorry for the late notice ! if you’re not fine with that or anything i totally understand, and i’ll try to actually be on it in the next week on all accounts. thank you so much, and i apologize again !

there’s an unknown intruder.

ako know nothing of who they are, but she can sense it, their presence all too frightening in the midst of her self-training. quickly, she raises her staff, beginning her chant. “ With these accursed wings, the sacred but fallen angel makes her defense, and stops this stranger in h- ”

she looks up from the spell forming from her staff, and scanning from hair to eyes and hair again, stops suddenly, sending the unprepared blast of paralysis up into the sky before it ultimately dissipates into the clouds.

“ Kaoru! ”

she runs up fast to the other, close enough but ultimately stopping before a hug. granted, she knows her all too little, but it’s nice to know there’s someone a bit familiar in this strange, fantastic land.

there’s a sputter in her speech, dialogue slowly falling back as to normal. “ I’m sorry…! Ako didn’t think you were someone she knew, and so… she nearly caused a disaster! ”

clearly, she’s taking this well.

ako udagawa / fifteen / draken

ufufufu… do they hear that? it’s the sound of the sacred yet fallen angel, wings with scales for those who breathe fire and soul fit to house a demon’s soul!

a child from the kingdom of xalphina. her kind originates there and thrives, but her interests are more aligned with different things. of that, it includes: ( a ) surviving to an extent in a nfo-like environment (and thus willing magic and its sources to her advantages,) ( b ) attempting to find her sister and friends, and ( c ) merely trying to understand what’s going on.

her outfit and design at current resembles this latest four-star, with some alteration. her wings now unfold from her back and not her head, and a tail of the same color is to match; though most (but not all) of the roses to symbolize her band have disappeared, some scales in the same color appear in open skin, such as her wrists and legs; and whilst her eyes are still the same color, at least one glows the unnatural yellow seen in her card when casting spells. her appearance otherwise is relatively humanesque. she can be found primarily in xalphina, though by her own nature she’ll be trying to wander around other regions very stealthily! she wouldn’t really attack without reason, but if you’re going to attack her, uh, she’s definitely going to fight back.

she can’t say anything on failing to save the city — she’d be too panicked if she were there to see it, anyways — so it’s notable that while she’s scared about this, it’s a lot easier to cover it up.

magic abilities. eclipse (off.), paralysis (def.), invisibility (util.) physical abilities. possesses the ability to fly. can also breathe fire, because some draken are just like that! it’s a very tiny, portable result, though. weapons. the drumsticks from her set have been turned into a staff, which, conduit for magic or not, is… still thin wood. it’s fragile.

other. she’s Going to chant spells out and you’re Going to listen to her because that is a Lot of effort and it’s adequately placed bug off. also she definitely knows more about this than she should from playing online mmos
