I don’t know about you, but when reading stories I never see y/n as me I always see her as someone else, and if u relate what does y/n from number neighbors look like in ur head? To me she looks like a black plus sized drop dead gorgeous girl, but needed to know ur take on this

omg i love this question. so obvi i wrote y/n based off my own humor and i did write her as a black girl (bc my blog is specifically made for black readers cause i feel like they’re under represented) but she doesn’t look like me in my head if that makes sense??? like she’s kind of just a faceless character that i know is the realest bitch ever. i try to make it pretty open so that any and every body shape can feel immersed in the story. i love your perception of her soooo bad tho

well first don’t call yourself a loser!! i actually have no real advice to give because i “learned” how to write through reading from such a young age. i would def say that being passionate abt what you’re writing helps. also don’t push yourself to be perfect overnight. you’re doing great!! i hope this helped at least a little bit 😭 im sawry if it didn’t love u pookie
