Brown eyes // Brown eyes are the color of rich, melted chocolate. They’re damp earth after a storm, prepared to bring life to the hidden seeds. A mystery waiting to be solved; secrets to be uncovered if one searches more. They glow warmly in sunlight, welcoming and friendly. Sometimes they’re bare trees in the dark night with the bite of a chilly wind whistling through the branches. They’re clay baking in the kiln after being shaped into something beautiful or useful. A mug of hot chocolate that provides warmth on a cold, wintry day. The cup of coffee that energizes after a long day. They’re inviting and remind of home, they’re the calm in the middle of a storm. Sometimes, they can be the storm. Dark and flashing and wild, wind and waves swirling in the depths. They’re strong like the boulder that has been standing for hundreds of years. It fights against the wind and rain and though it may loose some battles, it’s the one that’s standing.

Brown eyes are different. They each have their own story to tell.
