Fucking hell open up my asset folder and start replacing shit I neeeeed this open up my config file and start tweaking variables pet needs to be customized and modded and tweaked and edited by owners

its about finding your own way of doing it

i reccomend looking at some of your other art pieces and mentally look at how the shapes are constructed, reduce it to a "skeleton"

you can use that to figure out a sketch style

whats your art program of choice, and what kind of brushes do you use?

and whats the general process behind one of your sketches, cause i really dont know where to start

I personally use Clip Studio Paint!

for brushes, i tend to use a modified version of "6pencil soft", you can find it on the asset store for free

Bibrush (another free asset) is a very nice one too

when im sketching, i typically just think of my idea, and try to convey that through a few basic lines of action, then i add on top of that

never be afraid to erase or redo stuff, but also dont sweat the details too much! i use a light brush for basic shapes and guidelines, and a darker one for lining and details

i dont think CSP uses a conventional filetype for its brushes which complicates things

honestly i dont really know

i just kinda freehand my shapes for my doodles, but for more finished pieces (rare) i just use basic circles, triangles, and curves to build the shape up

dont be afraid to just keep re-doing a specific until you like it, some of my art has parts ive redrawn like 12 times

rubbery bubbley vappy creature !!!

lots of inspiration from @/finalcord, thanks to it for letting me use a similar concept

they lived in an area that was very dense with a strange type of flora that created highly durable slightly sticky rubber-like bubbles, and vaporeons having the whole thing about taking on properties of liquids, they just kinda got irreversibly changed over time

living the high life as a teasy bully who bubbles people up for fun,
