Three hours ago, the UN Security Council ordered a ceasefire in Gaza. The US, which for fucked up reasons has the unilateral ability to veto any decision, abstained instead of vetoing. I wonder, would this have happened a month ago? Or, are the bastards in the US government beginning to realize the public is against them? I don't think this would have happened, if the people of Michigan didn't vote uncomitted, if Genocide Joe wasn't insulted every time he opened his fascist mouth, if there weren't mass protests across the country.

This isn't over. Far from it. Keep the pressure up, because this cannot be allowed to continue.

All the tarp you see are human bodies. How many of those tarp covered bodies didn't make it to see their 18th birthday? How many didn't get to see the 1st birthday of their child? How many didn't get to celebrate retirement? These are human lives being ripped away at an alarming rate.

There should be no reason you can't step outside without seeing a decomposing child, mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, uncle, aunt, brother, sister, friend, or lover.

They had lives and yet they are buried next to the sidewalk? Would you be okay with your loved one being buried next to the sidewalk? No. No you wouldn't.

🚨 Earlier this morning, over 70 Palestinians were martyred, and over 250 wounded, after the IOF opened fire on Palestinians waiting for the arrival of food aid on Al-Rashid Street in Gaza City, northern Gaza Strip.

They had also massacred people waiting for aid on previous occasions.

I thought I understood the situation on the ground. But I didn’t. Nothing can truly prepare you for this dystopia. What reaches the rest of the world is a fraction of what I’ve seen so far, which is only a fraction of this horror’s totality. Gaza is hell. It is an inferno teeming with innocents gasping for air. But even the air here is scorched. Every breath scratches and sticks to the throat and lungs. What was once vibrant, colorful, full of beauty, potential and hope against all odds, is draped in gray-colored misery and grime.

Help evacuate her father from Gaza

Aftercare ideas that aren’t just “cuddle”: presented by yours truly:

• Give each other back scratches/massages, bonus points if you hold each other and scratch each others’ backs at the same time.

• Have one partner lay on the others chest and let yourselves both decompress.

• Tell each other your favorite part of your special time and give them reassurance that it felt good.

• Play a game that can be played together in bed (do not nut in her and get up to go play val.)

• Make a shared playlist you can both add songs to and listen to it together.

• Have water/snacks on hand before starting so neither one of you has to get up and you can cuddle n recharge.

• Hair play!! Run your fingers through their hair, scratch their scalp, ruffle it gently, etc. hair play is one of my favorite forms of physical affection ngl.

• Give each other your clothes to wear (bonus if you’ve been wearing them so they smell like you).

• Taking a shower together where you help the other person to wash back, arms, not sexual, just romantic, and you tell them how pretty they are or hug under the water.

Never forget aftercare is NECESSARY, prolonged or not. dom drop is real, comedown is real, and aftercare will never be an optional thing.
