She has worked for ESPN, Fox Sports, Showtime, Telemundo and Univision among others. Claudia is committed to using her experiences and lessons to help female and minority employees tap into their own personal journeys to become braver leaders through the challenges they face, such as crisis, discrimination, and imposter syndrome.
As a Hispanic woman who was one of the first women to cover boxing at many major events, I know what it’s like to be in a male-dominated field. On the journey to achieving success, I learned important lessons about taking risks and making mistakes, being prepared for failure and managing crisis. Through my experiences, I’ve developed a message of encouragement for others working in male-dominated industries: use what you have learned from your challenges and turn them into opportunities.
My communication skills and expertise in conducting panel discussions will help you and your employees share their stories. I speak English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. I am a motivational speaker that has traveled the world for work, representing many different cultures. My stories will inspire your team to reach their potential as leaders.
