Moving to Discord!

This is something I’ve been thinking about it and it doesn’t feel fair to run a blog, I do have muse for the character just moreso on Discord than to justify an actual blog.  I would still very much like to write with some people on Discord, hence this post - so if the idea of roleplaying together on Discord is one that appeals to you, kindly like this post! If you don’t use Discord or have your own reservations about using it for whatever reason, that’s completely understandable and I wish you all the best! Hope to see you there.

So, now that xKit Rewritten has a full release, I just wanted to remind everyone that if you roleplay switching over to it rather than staying on New xKit is probably not the best idea. Editable Reblogs are not a feature, and have been replaced with Collapsible Reblogs instead; which only hides parts of a reply for users using xKit Rewritten, rather than actually cutting the post. In turn, it won’t cut the post for anyone who isn’t using that specific fork of xKit.

Of course, everyone can do whatever they want, but considering it’s all over my personal dash right now I felt like I should mention it in the tags fast.

“That was the last one for today! Maybe there’s a carriage? I don’t remember seeing horses though…” Needless to say theres a fretting look etched upon her face as she gazed up at the departures board. 

How had they even managed to end up like this? Wasn’t like she had a warp gate to hand either. Not that it would help when said gate’s destinations were only one workshop or another… Which didn’t exist in this universe anyway.

“I wouldn’t even begin to know where to look for a carriage,” He admitted, now frowning as he folded his arms across his chest.  “Walking back is out of the question too...” On foot, the journey would be at least several hours.

“Hold on a second,” He reached for his phone, now suddenly recalling something that his friends from high school had mentioned to him.  He had dismissed it at the time, preferring to walk on foot but right now, it seemed like their only option.

“Have you ever used a ride sharing app, before? It’s like a taxi,”

Carefully, he programmed all of the different numbers into his phone, smiling and breathing a small sigh of relief as he tucked it back into his pocket.

“That’d be fun!” He agreed, nodding his head agreeably to the idea.  “Something to wear? I never thought I’d see you worrying about that,” He joked.  “But I think you should just wear whatever feels right to you, dress or suit.”

“ Does anyone ever really understand anything? ” asked the red-head. Surely, he wasn’t about to explain his and his teammate’s sudden appearance in front of duel academy, was he? Obviously not. That didn’t sound very wise to him. And it would bring about an unnecessary wave of hassle and confusion.

What did deem itself wise though, was trying to get a kick out of this initiated interaction. The curious little male wondered what reply the stranger would be able to come up with. Was he going to completely ignore his response? Or was he going to answer him and forget about what needs to be forgotten?

Something had felt off about Duel Academy today, though he hadn’t been able to put his finger on it - it had been ever constant in the back of his mind, nagging him slightly every so often.  Still, as someone who wasn’t even a student here, how could he claim to know better than anyone else? People who had studied here, lived here for much longer than him - he was just a stranger to this place.  Perhaps for a time, he might have been content to just write this entire strange day off to nerves on his part, though that was quickly beginning to feel more and more unlikely now.

“Perhaps you understand something that I don’t?” He furrowed a brow in confusion at the strange new face, trying to recall if this was someone he had seen before - were his nerves just getting the better of him again? He couldn’t be expected to know everyone here and yet in spite of everything, that nagging feeling persisted, prodding him on.

“Something just feels...different,”
