Imogen grimaced at the question. She spent so long just trying to stay in control, to keep her head down. Happy felt impossible, so far off. Her eyes flickered across the room towards Laudna, the brightest star in her blood red sky. “I dunno. I guess I don’t wanna be anyone else, just... normal.” So much of what she felt, what she could do, weighed on her and left her terrified.
“Normal, yeah--that’s it.” It dawned on her though, that normal Imogen likely wouldn’t be with the Bells; would that really make her happy at all?

there’s no way anyone could dislike Ashton after seeing their reaction to Laudna’s death... like they are the MOST determined to help her--even more than Imogen which is saying so much. 100% Ashton blames himself to an extent for how many people went down.
