Militsioner has my whole heart !!!!!! orz <33333 If you haven't heard of it, it's an indie game currently in production about a thousands of feet tall cop sitting in the middle of your small Russian town, watching your every move to make sure you don't escape. It's already an amazing metaphor for living under the constant, all-powerful and God-like surveillance of a system that's so human and broken, and it's still in the demo phase.

All of that, and it's also a dating sim. this mf'er is fucking romanceable.

This was gonna be a post about how I love Militsioner using a giant cop as a metaphor for surveillance and police states but now I kinda want to talk about how I headcanon the game takes place in the 1970’s, a few years back Bush was elected and the USSR fell. Like look at his uniform it’s exactly the same as Soviet era uniforms.

Especially with thing like how you apparently didn’t even commit a crime yet you’re still being punished? I really think this game is gonna be about the USSR.
