I've had so many strangers pass by my desk today and strike up long personal conversations with me today.

One of them pointed to me after hearing my name and said "you're a beautiful person, if we never cross paths again I hope you live a great life"

Another passed by and reached over to place a packet of cookies on my desk without saying a word as they were leaving & when I said thank you, they said ENJOY.

Idk what energy I'm giving off for all these people to approach me like this, but I've appreciated their kindness.

I just found out I have access to their therapy notes about me 🙇🏻‍♀️ it's like hitting a gold mine ..

So far their diagnosis of me are generalized anxiety disorder (obvi), adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety, and depressed mood.
