11:30am- eat
2:00pm- stretch
4:00pm- clock out
4:15pm- hoop date with allie

Funny.. I actually clocked in late today. Only by 15 minutes. Really need to work on getting up on time. Having a great morning being more productive at work!! Going to try and maybe set two goals a week? So I’m not overwhelmed.

6:30am- wake up/drink water
6:40am- yoga
7:10am- showed
7:30- punch in/make coffee
9:00am- watch an episode of avatar
10:30am- stretch
12:00pm- eat
1:30pm- workout
2:00pm- back to work
3:30- stretch
4:00pm- clock out
Well if definitely is a Monday folks. Hit snooze for 30 minutes. Still did my morning yoga! Just showered on the clock. Oh well. I will be more productive at work. Not eating in the morning is going well. Now I’m just struggling with snacking at night. Not really sticking to my day routine that I set up. May just mark wake up time/yoga, eating time and punch out time. Then from there, set 40 and 20 minute timers to be productive during. Following a schedule will help me a lot. There may be months to come with this issue.

Today was a good Saturday. I got a lot done and accomplished some things. I had a good conversation this morning with my mom about not liking being single. I have to keep reminding myself that I will be okay and everything will work itself out. I am proud of myself for all the things I did today and know that everything I’m doing will envolve over time and not overnight. I need to try and realize I can’t be everything and do everything all at once. I just need to pick what I want to do in the moment.

Woke up and did my yoga this morning. Maybe doing some learning today. Maybe making a playlist. Maybe reading a book. Coping with a lot this past month. Quarantine of course. My last grandparents passing. And my ex having a new girlfriend while I’m struggling to be okay with being single. I am giving it to god because I know everything will work out. Right now, I think it’s time I start focusing on my career and my future instead of men. I just be more worried about a job application than a date. Manifesting this today and every day moving forward.
