I could see him just constantly crying every time he looked at Summer, and Beth eventually convincing Jerry that he wouldn't immediately drop her, and it was okay to hold her, and as soon as he has Summer in his arms, she opens her eyes and looks up at him with the biggest smile and coos, and he bursts into tears all over again, because, "Oh my god, she likes me!!!" and he's just so happy to be a dad.
in one question they ask: who is most likely to cry when their first baby born?
and most answers were jerry and it make me soft.......
I’ve been saying this ever since the episode aired, but hardly anyone ever acknowledges it, because they’re so focused on Rick’s self projecting speech about Jerry being a parasite. Like, okay, Rick. Jerry’s the issue, despite the fact that he still stayed with Beth during her pregnancy and helped her raise their child together, most likely giving up on his own dreams and goals he had instead of just abandoning her.
But no one ever wants to talk about that side of the story.
just so we’re all clear what Jerry said in S03E05 about Rick stealing his family AND sabotaging his marriage is 100% VALID AND CORRECT AND TRUE AND FACTUAL AND YEAH STAN JERRY
The reason I'm asking is because I want to try and diversify my posts, because right now it's just Rick and Morty and I feel bad for anyone who followed me for like... other stuff.
Are you guys ready for my most controversial opinion ever?
Is it that I ship a bunch of problematic stuff?
Is it that I’m not a fan of Cinema Sins?
Is it that I believe in Jerry supremacy?
No. It is that...
I don’t hate socks with sandals. They are comfy.
Please, someone explain why they’re bad, because honestly, the only excuse I’ve heard is “They’re a fashion crime,” and that is a pretty lame excuse if you ask me. (I’m kidding, please don’t cancel me just yet).
“No, you’re the worst! You don’t support this family! All you care about is yourself! You’ve got two children being dragged across the cosmos by your dangerously ill father! And you force me to watch it happen because you’d rather lose them and lose me than lose him! And why? Because you’re the child, Beth! You, not me! You!”
