Had a lot of fun playing soccer yesterday. It was a really good workout and impresses me what soccer can make me do. Really fortunate that I like soccer because I cant really think of any other physical activity that I would continue to partake in while feeling faint and puking.

Anson invited me for a friendly game amongst his friends. All the peeps were really nice and friendly. Not much talk off the pitch but play was polite and cordial.

Played 3 games. First 2 i jus hung around in centermid played a few balls ran around quickly exhausted and swapped into goal. My second game actually had a reallu good game in goal. Had a low shot to far corner across me and i dived and got down and palmed it for corner. The turf was surprisingly veru veru surprisingly soft.

Then there was a goalmouth scramble and they shot straigjt at me and i caught ir.

Having.played quite abit in cm and gk decided that i would allow myself some laziness. I dont have much energy so for game 3 i just stood in strike and didnt even press. My stamina is horrendous.

Felt like if i squatted and stood up i would be extra giddy. Also puked abit. I am either intravascular depleted or anemic from malnourishment. Orthostatic hypotension.

Anyway i mafr a few runs. Luckily played on same team with a guy i felt was the best playe good vision and technique and hr found me twice first time i scuffed it srcond time i shot with my.left and kinda just to the side of the keeper but it went in. Real nicr to score

Did alot of walking home too. Bones ached etc even now. But lol love it

Waiting for my dad. Going to Malaysia today to reset. Was told by all the customs people that today was definitely the day.

My laptop keyboard is broken. For some reason some keys dont work anymore.

urgh so frustrating. i had played shonichi. when i was uploading 11gatsu no anklet i saw on my list there was a video that was still processing since 2 weeks ago. i thought it was just rubbish. so after uploading 11gatsu i deleted the inprocess video. later on i was looking through my playlist and found it weird that my shonichi video was missing. that must have been the processing video that was not updated in my cache and misled me into deleting it. really annoyed. i guess ill have to rework on it. i tried using a program to recover deleted files from my phone but 0.

at least it shudnt be too unfun. i enjoyed the song and it didnt take too many practices to get to it. i dont remember how it is written anymore but im sure it will be fine

Oh well. Got lucky there. Long queue so they asked us to write our order. My mom asked me to share something with my dad after i wrote my order. And i said no absolutely not and reminded her that i said the food sucked before. So we decided to go to paradise dynasty instead. Theres still a wait which sucks but at least the food is better!

I recently followed this newspaper on facebook. SCMP. And they recently posted an article about this HK university lecturer who spoke about independence at a Taiwan meeting. Seems like theres a backlash from HK and Beijing government. 

I find it disgusting and absurd. I guess this is one of the few topics along with antiracism that I really appreciate of Canada. They have had open discussions on Quebec independence forever and rather than silencing and insults there is actually a respectful discussion. I think what everybody wants is just free speech and the opportunity to vote and decide. Unfortunately, that will never happen ebcause of the lack of education and the feeling of power hungriness. This is similar in USA. They are also veyr power hungry and will not forsake any supposed losses of their global rule. 

Mankind is a very sad place to be. I expect war to break out sooner rather than later. and then again the victors will rewrite history.

pretty decent day. would have been great if not for the downer right when i came home that i just mentioned but leaving that aside. i went to play soccer. had to quickly find a toilet as my bowel movements are much more erratic nowadays. nothing concerning. just not as simple as when i was 10 years younger. 

went to the mrt station the other way from the court after getting off the bus. fortunately there were toilets. pretty clean too. the mrt station looked pretty neat too. i do prefer hk stations where every station is colour coded tho.

anyway played soccer. the best part of it was that i blistered alot.big toe little toe and heel. obviously i played through it because it wasnt that competiive and i could be quite very lazy or just swap into goalie. but yeah my movement was more and more restricted. not only was i fatigued obviously and lacking fitness. just havenet played in more than a month. i was carrying these blisters. but that made me very satisfied because it meant the shoe fit. i think 9 would have been rather tight because my big and last toe both hurt on both side. mercurial line is just very slim and i have broader feet so its always been rather tight on the mid stides but this time breaking in seems like also tight at the front.

of course. size 9 might still be a better fit over the long run once its broken in but with these blisters i am pretty comfortable that the size wouldnt be too far off anyway. 9 might be a touch too tight and 9.5 touch too big. so im very satisfied. of course i havent really been able to test the touch i had no huge issues today but fatigue and pain obviously distracted me from being able to really take too many close touches. obviosuly also learning the shoe. 

i did score a goal. defence got lazy and i was all alone right in the area. just a good low pass and sweetly hit with my right foot. i tink i hit the post twice too. both from further out cutting inside one with my left and one with my right. but overall i was just really lazy mostly because ti was really painful and i was just tiptoeing. 

but very pleased that the shoes fit. at least for now. we will see after its completely broken in if its maximum comfort and control is good.

bought a new pair of shoes. they are really pretty but sadly they do feel half asize too large. it still fits. but not sure how it will feel on the court. hope its fine. if not... well. we will see. not going to buy another new one until i find a job anyway.

I wouldnt say i its something i miss but def one of the most memorable things back in noeth america was playing league of legends with my friend. Real good jungler lol.

Watched the game. Great performance. Really pumped. Especially the first half team was fantastic with the press. Concerning was we really ran out of steam in the last 20 or so mins. I am not sure if this high press will work as well if there is extra time.

Hope we rest players against Everton. Difficult to lose Henderson hope Can will return. Tbh i dont fault Ox so much for not passing to Firmino because it just felt like it wouldnt make it. I think it was just on his right foot when the option opened up but it needed to be on his left.

Went out and had Katong Laksa. Pretty remarkable that the staff hasnt really aged. Rich they are. 7.5 a bowl. Its definitely bigger but just 10 to 15 years ago it was 3 bucks. Inflation mega.

Then had my hair cut. Its nice to have a hairdresser that I trust. Tbh the cut was OK. I just havent figured out what haircut works for my face, if any. But its good I ask if he thinks a certain haircut would work and he tells me no and tries to adapt to what I want. I have this receding hairline. But its good. Thats what I want my hairdresser to do. Ideally he can make magic but theres only so much you can do

And while getting the haircut I recognized that ita not like my hair is going to last another 5 years or so. My reason for desiring a short haircut is convenience and comfort. Its not too bad keeping it and enjoying it while it lasts.

My sister took sick leave and i marvelled again at what iw considered sick leave in the real world. I recalled all those sinister comments that my colleagues had for another when she took sick leave and she def looked wors3 than my sieter the next day. Of course woukd never forgot my colleahur who had pna and just still coming to work. I liked the dude but i just cannot fancy the pride and ego everyone had about coming to work sick with a communable disease...

What was all the braggung about. In an ideal s3tting i would habe been quite angru if my patirnt continued to work in a settijg where the germs can be spread. In fact as a senior i would be quite angru if a student came in with pna. Isnt do no harm the first thing? Of course lol our service is so threadbare because its such a ulu hospital you could also be doijg harm by not coming in.

What can u do? Working in a ulu under a mountain place... lol.

Just shocked ne everyday to witness the grossly incomp3t3ny stanfsrd of csre compared to the many other institutions i had worked as. No wonder tuere wws the on runningjoke if we were sick to 0pease decline the transport and immedistel6 teansfer to a big name institution lol. A real hospital lol.

I mean. There wws a cigarette butt that was ij thr stairwell for like months. And there was a dead coxkriach in another stsirwell for months. Like wtf. This place was dirtier than the streets lol. And they were tryijg tonfigure out which surgeon was contaminating cases z.z

Even i was shocked. Ive had no unreasonable wound infections for 2 years lol. And boom had 2 in a year. So disgusted. Lile seriousl6. The first time i sw2 the operatinf rooms i was digusted. God this is dirtier than ny own room at home ans im super messy. Lol.

Haha. But yes. I am judt wow. This is sick? Lol. I hope the future i can be a normal human being. Where when i am considered sick i can take a reat and get better. I remmeber the few times i had a fever and was taking care of 50 working 30hrs. Likr mother fucker. This is litrrally suicide. Self harm lol.

If a patient came in as sick as i was i wud say pls take th3 day off. If they were like can i work 30hrs. Im like eh what? Nutcase teying to get hospitalized? Can i taie care of 50 sick oeoope? Yeah i tinj u need mental hospitalization. Lololol.

Man. I just want to take good care of my body be resoonsibel. And even if ibhurt myself i want them to ve my reasonabe decisions rather than being forced to do so. Waking up and feeling like im self harm again. Is not a good feeling. Lol.

My abs hurt like hell. This app. Even with me going easy on myself is stiol wuit3 hard.

i downloaded this app abs in 30 days. tried using it did the medium dificultiy initially because the hard looked tough but medium waso nly like a 6min workout everyday and felt insufficiently challenging. felt easier than my previous routine of 15pushups 20 situps 20 squats 20 crunches x4

so i started the hard difficulty. tbh doing it the first day i thought i didnt do much. i made it easier in some ways. like a v-up is too hard on my neck so i just did crunches instead. but day 2 i felt my abs. also like dumbell twist. i donth ave  dumbell so ijust twist. lol. so its kinda easier.

day 2 was hard. and now on day 3. man i mfeeling it. move here or there and it will ache. crazy!

Watched the chelsea game. Tink 4th id tied up now. Hope 2e can do well againdt city. We have a good team. Not deep enuff and maybe a little lacking in terms of title xhallenge but not thwt bad

Just felt singapore 2as really bewutiful today. Marine terrace two lanes become.one anf the plantes bushes and grass jn the middleof road. Jusg dont see that anyw he re else. Then the carpafk for hdb was also beautiful.

I def want3s the flight to end but man that was alot of entertainment choices. Finished kamakura destiny. Interesting show. Not a fan of kahogo girl really. And then started naratage whixh was wow complex love story thag was beyond me. I just dont think in that cimplez wats and ive def never been involved in complex romance so i couldnt appreciate at all. Was just very confused. Was a steamy scene at around 1hr 15min. Fighf ended when i was at 1hr 20min. Its a 2hr 20min show i have no idea where it is going. I dont really think arimura kasumi is so cute but shes big like matsujun and it was fun watching. Will unfortunstely wait a lifetime for subs
