I am on a tear with customer service reps today first spotify then I reamed American express so hard they disconnected my chat now I'm on hold with chase sapphire trying to stop receiving so much freaking junk mail lol... I definitely get it from my boss he loves ripping into a customer service rep on the phone lmaoo like I am very polite trust me but i get heated when companies treat me badly.

#in some ways its more dehumanizing than a person treating you badly bc you just have absolutely no autonomy #but if theres autonomy to be found im gonna wait on hold and be transferred 3 times to find it

just spent 45 minutes messaging w spotify support bc I am officially fed up with their bullshit mixes. The same same same same fucking songs it's causing actual problems at my workplace lol. Spotify tried to play the same green day song 5 different times yesterday it's like dude play something fucking else!! Why did the iPad nano do a better job shuffling, that's literally what i said to him
