LUZRCLB UNIVERSE IT BEGINS !

Fall 2021. The world as we know it had ended. Only to be replaced with a new one. Dark and twisted. Leaving no sign of human life remaining. Or so we thought.

The first sign of human life appeared. A red blinking light marked the location. Suncheon-si, South Jeolla, South Korea. No one knew who the person was and only that they were the first person to still be alive. Until another light flashed to life. This time in Osaka, Japan. Another one. Still living and breathing. Then another red blinking light turned on, and then another, and another, and then another. Then no more. Six living and breathing people were still alive. How? No one knew.

No one would ever find out how. Somehow the six individuals were able to survive the world, turning into this corrupted and mind-twisting one. All alone. No one to comfort them through it. For each of them, it might’ve seemed like they were the only person left in the world. Until it brought them all together. For miles, it lit the world up with a golden hue. No one knew what it was. No one trusted it. But every day it would continuously blink over and over again. None of the individuals knew what it was and only that it did that over and over again.

Until it, all of a sudden stopped. All six were surprised. Never in the past few weeks, months, or even years had the light stopped until now. There was nothing the six individuals could do. None of them knew where the light had been coming from so how could they do anything about it? The day went on in the dark without the glowing golden hue of the light flashing on and on. To fill the six individual’s day with some hope of the old world returning. But it wouldn’t. However, the next day everything seem to be back to normal. The light shone brightly. Far brighter than it normally did.

Or maybe its position had changed. The light warmed the sleeping individual’s skin as each began waking from their peaceful slumber with a jolt of surprise and confusion. They weren’t in their safe places anymore. Instead, surrounded by five others who were just confused as themselves. The light hovers in the middle of a deteriorating, sunflower field with each individual surrounding the light. No one moved. They couldn't trust it. They couldn't trust anything in this crooked world. The figure’s hand reached out to them in almost a pleading manner. Beckoning them to follow them.

No one moved as it seemed like their feet were glued to the ground. Each of them looked towards each other in fear and confusion. What exactly was happening to them? Where were they? Why did this thing want them to follow it? None of their questions would get answered.

On January 23, 2022, it was reported that QUINN of LUZRCLB would be going on hiatus. Just the following week LUZRCLB released their comeback album HIRAETH; THE MOVE. So when CHÉRIE DEVIL RECORDS put out a statement claiming that QUINN would be taking a hiatus. It had fans worried and kind of upset since they wouldn’t be getting a whole 6 member come back.

CHÉRIE DEVIL RECORDS has stated following QUINN’s hiatus. “It has come to our concern that Quinn hasn’t been feeling as well as he can be. To ensure better performances in the future Quinn will be going on hiatus for the time being. Until he feels better and ready to step foot on stage.” This of course had fans question what was wrong with him especially since Quinn looked like he was fine during the first two stage performances of the new album. 

But fans alike were relieved when CHÉRIE DEVIL RECORDS put out a statement from QUINN who wanted to explain the situation at hand. The fans were a little bit relieved to have some information about the situation at hand. They were still upset that this would only be a five member comeback instead of the usual six, but they would still wait for QUINN‘s return and support the other members as well.

Cheon Ju Yeon the mood maker of Luzrclb. The happy-go-lucky member who is always smiling and brightening the moods of everyone around him. The smiles and laughs he showed were something that warmed everyone’s heart. But besides one person. Himself. He never knew when he put this front on to make it seem like everything was OK but he just did.

Sure the smile on his face made people think everything was OK with him when deep down inside him, he knew it wasn’t. It hadn’t been since 2017. Though no one knew that besides himself. None of his groupmates, the CEO, nobody. He just kept it to himself. That's what he was taught. To keep it all in. And that's what he did. Ju Yeon’s heart pounded against his chest as he exited the stage behind his members. They had just finished their 2nd stage of the week.

Everyone cheered thankful for some time off before they had to perform again the next week. Well everyone except for Ju Yeon who zoned out halfway into the conversation between his members. Blake patted the boy on his back getting his attention. “Hyung I asked do you want to go get dinner with us?” Blake asked as Ju Yeon nodded and smiled though the smile didn't reach his eyes which was something Blake noticed.

The members themselves started, noticing something was wrong with the boy during the whole car ride to the restaurant. He was quiet and didn’t say a word. Something that usually wouldn’t happen. Ju Yeon wasn't the type of person to allow silence to linger too long. He was always joking around and poking fun at his members just to lighten the mood. But here he was sitting quietly, which had the members worried. Because this wasn't the Cheon Ju Yeon everyone knew.

Though Ju Yeon didn't seem to notice everyone’s worried looks. He was too worried thinking about the phone call he had received earlier in the week from his parents. The same parents he hadn't talked to in over a few months. Because whenever he talked to them, it seemed like his mental health, and overall health in general just declined, especially since they just called to yell at him. That’s all they ever did when they spoke to him was yell. There never was a normal conversation between them. 

And there never would be one. Sihyun nudged Ju Yeon getting attention asking if he was going to eat the chicken that sat une eaten on his plate. He shook his head as Sihyun ate the chicken happily which the other members frowned at him for which made him shrug his shoulders but continue eating. No other words were said by the others who ate in silence until it was time for them to head back home. The time they got back to the dorm it was around 9 going on 10. All of the boys were tired and just wanted to sleep but they couldn't not without figuring out what was wrong with their usual happy mood maker.

Everyone gathered in the living room. They all piled up on the couch with Kaede and Charlie who opted to sit on the floor. Blake stood at the front of the room with a worried expression on his face. “Ju Yeon Hyung are you ok?” He asked worried as Ju Yeon didn't say anything. Tears welled up in the boys eyes. Angry tears. Ju Yeon felt anger and yet pain all in one. He didn’t know what to say or do other than cry. Kaede hugged the boy and patted his back as the others gave him the space he needed. Ju Yeon tears slowed as he stared at the ground in embarrassment. He hadn’t meant to cry in front of the others.

It was all just to much for him. Though none of the boys were rushing him to explain himself. He just couldn’t keep what he had been holding back all these years. Holding everything wouldn’t do him any good. “I-i got a call from my parents.” He spoke as everyone got quiet. They all knew it was personal because never once did he ever mention his family. He never talked about them when families were brought up. He just kept quiet about the whole thing. “Me and them aren’t in speaking terms. And I don’t think we will ever be. Not after everything they put me and my brother through.” His words were shaky as if he would start crying again.

The tremble in his voice let the others know that this was a lot for him to talk about. “Hyung…you don’t have to talk about it if you don’t want too. We will understand.” Sihyun reassured him as he shook his head. Telling them that this is was he wanted. The boys nodded for him to continue. “They were demanding trying to force us to do and be something we didn’t want. It took a toll on me and my brother. But it hit my brother the hardest. He just couldn’t take it anymore. I blamed them for what happened to him which caused a falling out between us. And now every chance they get they belittle me. I-i-.” The tears started again as the members were quick to hug the boy. No one said anything and just let him cry.

None of them knew what it was like. They couldn’t even imagine. This would always be something Ju Yeon would often have to go through again and again. Because it would always be a burden of Ju Yeon’s.

ᯞ ׂ ו HIRAETH; THE MOVE    ㅤ ╱ ㅤ. ㅤreleased on january 16, 2022, is luzrclb’s first comeback extended album. hiraeth is the continuation of the boy’s journey into the dark and twisted world they have found themselves in. Each song pushes both the boys and the viewers deeper into the lore of the story. with sensational vocals and intense captivation of the audience with each song and visuals of the boys as well. ᯞ

LUZRCLB’s long-awaited comeback. Had fans wondering when they give them a comeback album which the boys often teased them with. Saying they didn't know but it would be good. Fans were in ruins the whole waiting period.

But finally, on January 16, 2022, the fans were blessed with this album. HIRAETH: THE MOVE. The album features 8 songs one of which had fans surprised and yet to have some news regarding the 7th member.

In this comeback, all the boys were recognized. CHARLIE and HARLEY were credited for choreography. SIHYUN and KAEDE were credited for both writing and producing a handful of songs on this album. While QUINN and BLAKE for their vocals.

Many liked the change in tempo of this album. Each song had a different pace and tone which many listeners liked and expressed on Twitter or Instagram.

Everyone liked the tracklist but there was one song that everyone was excited about upcoming albums for. The release of MIRAGE which people had expected was another one of the boy's songs until they heard an unrecognizable voice and that's when many knew it had to be the 7th member.

It gave fans a look into what he would bring into Luzrclb when he would join the group. Which many fans would hope was soon.

Speaking MIRAGE it was the only song of this album to make it on the Gaon Music Chart. MIRAGE ended up ranking 3rd which is the highest one of Luzrclb's songs ever.

For the album MOVE and SIGN were nominated for awards. And surprisingly both songs ended up giving the boys their first win.

Overall this comeback was a success and the boys got their first win. Congratulations to Luzrclb. Fighting!!
