Good effort but how come your using a mixed grip on a weight that seems as if you could handle without? Maybe more beneficial to use regular grip as it will strengthen your grip or hook grip
Managed this #PersonalBest of 90kg on the #clean I think the main points I'm taking from this is I kick too much instead of triple extending. Going to focus on #hangclean a bit more to try and work our the triple extension and at the end of October I may try for 100kg. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
