Ahh look at this bowl of goodness 😍🙌🏼
✖️A mix of white & brown rice, half an avocado, corn, cucumber, carrot, cherry tomatoes, sesame soy roast cauliflower, pan fried tofu with peanut sauce, coriander & hemp seeds ✨🥑🥕🥒🌽 And I may have drowned my bowl with more peanut sauce after taking the photo 🤤🤤
Was soooo satisfying!!! Would have been even better with some nori sheets & toasted sesame seeds… will have to pick some up when grocery shopping next👌🏼
What can I say… it always feels so good to be #thrivingonplants 🌱🙏🏼 #vegan
