like u develop this shitshow of an eating disorder when ur a teenager and at first it’s like a cheat to lose weight and sure it’s not fun and it hurts but there’s this feeling of it being a lil sneaky secret, ur hurting urself in private and no one can know and u fight with ur parents and maybe u get better and it’s just this “quirky” thing u do/used to do. it’s something u, in some weird fucked up way, want.
but then ur 23, an adult, still doing the same shit u used to do when ur 14 or 15 and at that point it’s just how things be. u can’t stop ur brain from coming up with numbers of the food u eat and u can’t stop the constant internal monologue of “if i have this i cant have that if i do this i’m gonna have to do that” and it’s just. so exhausting. let me live for fucks sake. i don’t want this. i don’t wanna do this. i want out. i’ve fought all my life, i’m tired. i wanna be normal and healthy and fun. i don’t give a shit about skinny. let me live.

You will need: 230g 0% fat Greek yogurt (132 calories) 60ml skimmed milk (23 calories) 25g cocoa powder (102 calories) 40g oat flour (150 calories) Half cup 0 cal sweetener 1 egg (70 calories) 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt
How to: 1)preheat oven to 200C 2)Mix all the ingredients in a bowl 3)SPRAY TRAY WITH FRY LIGHT/PAM DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP IT WILL TURN INTO A HORRIFIC MESS 4)Spoon mixture into whatever baking utensil you have yo (I used a Madeline tray and I think it worked pretty well) 5)Bake for 20 minutes 6)Enjoy
The mixture made 32 brownies when I used about a tbs of mixture for each of them. This works out at 15 cals each
You can make them vegan with: 60ml almond milk (9 calories) 200g soya yogurt (200 calories) Chia seed egg (50 calories)
These are insanely good you don’t even understand, when I gave one to my mum she thought it was a normal brownie. Microwave and pair with some 0 cal vanilla ice cream and you have the ultimate sweet treat.

24 Cal Apple Pie Mini Muffins

Makes 24 mini muffins @ 24 cals each -OR-
12 regular muffins @ 48 cals each
(Total Batch Calories: 573)
Ingredients:
1 cup flour - 455 cals
½ cup plain, sugar free yogurt - (the kind i’m using is) 61 cals
½ apple, finely chopped - 40 cals
1 egg white - 17 cals
¾ cup water
¼ cup granulated sweetener
1 tbsp baking powder
1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon, if you don’t have it)
1 pinch salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 f. Line your muffin tin (or grease with 0 cal cooking spray).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until combined and set aside.
3. In another bowl, whisk together sweetener, egg white, and yogurt. Once well combined, whisk in water until thoroughly mixed.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet in halves, mixing well each time.
5. Add finely chopped apple and mix one last time until everything is incorporated and you have an even batter.
6. Use a tablespoon to drop batter into muffin tin (or 2 tbsp per muffin for regular size) and bake for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

7. Let cool and enjoy!
You can substitute any kind of flour, yogurt, fruits, spices, or milk (for the water) that you would prefer; this recipe can be made vegan and/or gluten free!
Keep in mind, substitutions will affect the given calorie info, but not by a whole lot…
Just be sure to recalculate for accurate tracking.☺️👍🏻

These just work for me personally, I can’t promise they’ll do the same for you
if I’m trying to fast I never can if I tell myself “I’m not eating today” I always give in, so what I found works instead is if I pick a food i don’t really want but don’t hate and tell myself “if you’re hungry go eat (insert food)” but because I don’t want that food it works, ya feel?

also eating a lot of a low calorie food??? like grapes for example, 15 grapes is about 51-57 calories but that fills me up and then I’m not hungry the rest of the day. It’s magic, I swear.
I started working out at night, I’ll like the videos I’ve been following below (if I can figure out how to do that) if you wanna follow them. I’m sore af after only 2 days but I lost 2.6lbs so… worth it!

58-60 Calorie Chicken Wrap
This is a great recipe because it looks and tastes like a lot of calories, but really isn’t! You can also make a spicy version (which I love) for only 2 extra calories, and it’s so, so good~
Ingredients:
25 calorie tortilla (recipe courtesy of @safe-ana-low-cal-recipes)
1 oz frozen grilled chicken strips (27.5 kcal, may vary by brand)
0.5 cup mixed greens (5 kcal)
Walden Farms zero calorie ranch dressing, to taste (0 kcal)
OPTIONAL: 1 peperoncino, sliced (2 kcal)
How to:
Make your tortilla according to the recipe instructions. Take your ranch sauce and spread it on the tortilla, put mixed greens in the middle of the tortilla. Get your chicken strips and put it on top of the mixed greens with your sliced peperoncino (if using). Wrap it up and voila, you’re done! You can cut it in half if you want, and eat half as a snack or eat the whole thing, it’s up to you~

89 Cal Vanilla Mug Cake
2 tbs flour, all purpose (56 cal) 3 packets/tsp low cal sweetener (3 cal) 1 pinch of salt (0 cal) 3 tbs milk, 3% fat (30 cal) ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Mix the dry ingredients first in a microwave-safe mug, add the milk, and then microwave it on high for 40 seconds. There may not be much, but I find the stuff to be a lifesaver when my sweet tooth is calling.
—- UPDATE: The cool thing about this recipe is that it can be mixed up for variety! 🌟If you don’t mind an extra 12 calories, replace the vanilla with one tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa for a satisfying chocolate mug cake 😍 🌟If you want to lessen the calories, replace one tablespoon of flour with one and a half tablespoons of oatmeal. This will decrease the calories by 19 👌 🌟For only 11 extra calories, add 20 grams of blueberries! Blueberry muffin, here I come! This one is especially tasty with the oatmeal replacement 😋 🌟A teaspoon of cinnamon is delicious and only 6 calories 😭 You can get creative with this one, the only limit is your personal calorie limit 😁
