the Freljordian Queen seemed quite amused as to why the wanderer would tell her such a thing in the first place . it is not as if her word will hold any importance to him , so there should be no reason for him to waste his breath on the likes of her . the Queen was never one to give much thought of those who have been exiled from their homes . surely , the leaders had their reasons for such an action but she and her Husband were never one to see things that way . ‘ barbaric ‘ is what those outside her castle walls call her and her Lover . 

blood will be spilled in front of all . her people must witness that she does not play games when treason is committed under her rule . while many believe it is the King that chose for things to be this way , it was actually Queen Ashe - herself - that requested for something so immoral and inhumane . not only does it strike fear into the eyes of her allies , but she knows it will also make them think twice about crossing her .

with her legs crossed over one another , and her back pressed against the backrest of her throne . ashe called forth her Husband to stand by her as she has an audience with such the infamous warchief of the Horde . whilst the Queen and her King remain neutral during these battles , it is note worthy that favoritism plays in the hand of the Horde . so much has been offered by both sides , but help during their own battles was given to them by the Horde . her and her people look and give off the vibe of being one with the Alliance , but it’s all an act plotted up by her Husband . 

gentle cobalt hues look down towards the Banshee who comes forth with a question they both know the answer to . one cannot fear death if they’ve experienced it already . it is safe to say that the reason for this visit is due to the Battle of Azeroth . Sylvanas is not the first to approach the Ice Queen about this as Anduin Wrynn immediately sought assistance from her people when it all started . there’s no part in this that Ashe wishes to throw her men into , and she will not allow any of her men and women to die for a Battle they never wanted to happen .

cobalt hues looked towards the young woman that came before her with a question which needed to be answer during these troubled times. her ancient Ancestor came to her when she needed her to the most, and while she believes that the Gods may bless them and take away all the pain ——— each is still responsible for everything that has happened. no God can help the damned, and she will not look past it for a second. 

the values and morals for someone like herself are as harsh as the nights during the Winter. religion may be seen as the utmost immediate solution , but that is far from it. Ashe is but only One Queen ( out of the many in Bilgewater ) , and while neutrality stands between Freljord and Demacia , she cannot lend such helping hands in a war that her people have no business partaking in. it may feel like she and those around her do not offer much , but that is far from the truth.

* to explain why my URL is chloenil. during the Development of the game (specifically during Alpha week 6), Ashe was simply known as Bowmaster or Chloenil.

the marriage between Ashe and Tryndamere will always be based on diplomatic reasons, and that is something that i will stand for while writing Ashe. but i can’t help but feel that over the years the two have taken some serious time to really know each other. yes, while Tryndamere may be seen (in the eyes of the Rioters) as a “horndog” - his marriage to Ashe is as serious for her as it is him. an image must be kept up between the ‘King’ and ‘Queen’. so his nights of “romancing” women most likely came to a stop months after his marriage to Ashe. 

although Ashe may feel as though she is beyond loving someone like Tryndamere, i can’t help but get the feeling there is more to their marriage than meets the eye. in my eyes, she changed Tryndamere. he fell madly and hopelessly in love with his wife and wanted to clean up his act for her. she, on the other hand, learned to look past every mistake made and give him the chance he rightfully deserves. while the two still have their differences, they’ve matured as a married couple to resolve things in a quiet and private manner.

in the eyes of the public, they are the ‘Royal Couple’ and that will never change no matter what.  Ashe and Tryndamere realize they must make decisions together to help keep Freljord in tact. the two have given themselves to each other in Holy Matrimony and they vowed to be with one another ‘til death do them part. feeling above or below one another does not matter anymore. they must learn to love, take care of, listen to, each other.
