just a lil life (TV) update

sooo I haven't posted in a while, but I've been watching A LOT of different shows and I just couldn't figure out what to post. so, here's a list with a lil commentary on the shows I’ve watching or trying to keep up with:

- Grey’s Anatomy : all time fav show, not loving Mer + Deluca, but Shonda keeps screwing with us, but I love the 3 sisters and Alex + Jo more so it's fine.

- The Bachelor : OMG TEA!!! theres so much that went down and I have the past 3 episodes to catch up on. I already know what happens so dw, but I'm excited to finish and IM SO DAMN READY FOR HANNAH B’S SEASON AS THE BACHELORETTE. I’VE BEEN TEAM HANNAH B SINCE THE START.

- New Amsterdam : really solid show, definitely stressful to watch and im behind like 5 episodes

- Single Parents : so funny and lighthearted, I love the chemistry between all of the characters and the storylines are hilarious

- American Housewife : its my go to show for a laugh. I have literally nothing in common with the characters and that's what's great

- Deadly Class : ok. im really behind on the show but from what I have already seen. I LOVE. its set im my hometown and I just love the drama. also love Lana Condor, my fellow asian woman 

- Madam Secretary : LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Tea Leoni is brilliant and I love her character + portrayal. I always feel so smart watching this and there's always some funny stuff.

- Station 19 (ish) : I have yet to see the winter premiere but it looks decent ig.

- Whiskey Cavalier : solid spy romance show, its funny and light hearted, really easy to watch, doesn't pull on them heart strings .

So proud to be Asian. This year has made me so proud be to Chinese-American and has frankly set a new precedent of diversity and more inclusion of Asians into the film industry. I’m so happy and luck to be alive right now to see this change happening and finally seeing myself represented in movies and TV.

Also ps: I share an Alma Mater with Darren Criss (so proud! Go ‘cats!)

This parallel kills me. The importance of the moments both when they got engaged and when he “appears” are so significant and using that moment makes it all the more meaningful and memorable. I love that she “notices” him, as if she can feel his presence and she somewhat glances behind her. (Season 15 Episode 6 “Flowers Out of My Grave”)

This show is absolutely incredible. I originally only wanted to watch it becasue Sandra Oh (my queen) was in it and Greys Anatomy is my world. However, this show is fantastic and I love it now not only becasue of her. It combines most of my favorite things, Greys Anatomy, murder mystery, and Europe all in one. (The fashion is also KILLER - no pun intended). This show is a must watch, and I am so excited for the next season!
