Fred Chin, a native Malaysian, came to Taiwan to study in 1967, but was innocently imprisoned for White Terror and suffered 12 years of injustice. Fred Chin was unable to face the past, however, now he works as a guide at the Human Rights Museum. He believes that the victims can heal their injuries by telling their own stories. Since the suffering of the victims is not trivial. Can they really "let go"? Through the life story of Fred Chin, this film explores how the victims of White Terror face problems that they cannot escape from their entire lives.
