I am Chef Roseboom, and I am your go-to executive chef serving all of Austin, TX. Growing up in New Orleans, gumbo roux and simmering onions were always in the background of any afternoon. Whether it was Mom making smothered chicken in the afternoon, or Dad making omelets Saturday morning, meals were a constant learning opportunity. This is my foundation. Balanced, healthy, honest food with connection.

In addition to Southern cuisine, I love cooking Indian, Vegan, French, Paleo, Southwestern, Charcuterie Thai, Chinese, Mediterranean, BBQ, Italian, and Fermentation (Sauerkraut, Kimchi). I’m always looking to incorporate new styles and play creatively with my clients to make exactly what they want and more. All my relationships in life are important to me and that includes my clients. You are inviting me into your space and I want to honor that. I enjoy developing healthy relationships with my clients that empower us both. Making food for someone I know face-to-face is my favorite part of this work.
