06.11.2022 | LSAT study update

The score was not what I wanted but it’s a starting point. I did horrible on reading comprehension, which is what I studied the least. I did the best on logical reasoning which is what I studied the most. The plan now is to go back through each section and MASTER the fundamentals and MASTER how to attack each specific question type in each section. I have a basic understanding of them right now, but I need to have no doubts.

Today I studied for 3 hours. I have my first practice test tomorrow 🙂. I’ll be waking up between 8-10am. I keep trying to remind myself “this one is just a starting point to see where you are.”

06.09.2022 | LSAT study update

Today I created a bullet journal and studied for 6+ hours. I took a mini session test on logical reasoning and scored 5/13 timed completing 8 of those 13 and 8/13 untimed, which means I am understanding the section and answering correctly, but I need to complete it faster. Yay me ✨. Today was a great study day 🍾💕.

How to implement girliness in academia 🧠🎀 (pt 1)

Tech:

on whatever device you have whether it’s a laptop, tablet/ iPad or computer you can make it aesthetically pleasing and girly 🎀 with a screensaver. @prettyxprincess inspired me to make a screensaver collage using canva. Her wallpaper screensaver is so cute 😍

I had to make one myself too. My laptop screensaver makes me feel so motivated and inspired to study. I used pics from Pinterest searching girly academia and I used pics from my blog.

you can also find a wallpaper collage and or background on Pinterest or make your wallpaper a solid Color of your favourite Color. Mine is of course pink 💕

For laptops and tablets/ iPads you can get really nice girly cases. Velvet caviar has the cutest cases with designs. Generally cases with sparkle, shimmer or any design will make your school work feel more girly and romanticized.

*Key-cover cases or laptops make a big difference too. They make your laptop look more cleaner and appealing and prettier* 🥰 they have them mostly everywhere but Amazon would be your best bet.

Just like Elle Woods and Cher from clueless I like to use fluffy pens occasionally. They have them many places, (I got mine at the dollar store). My main school supplies and writing utensils include glitter gel pens, coloured pens ( I mostly use the pink and purple ones), my planner from Ban.do ( they have cute planners with stickers) , my notebook ( it’s soft pink) and my highlighters ( again I mostly use the pink and purple). I also have cute little erasers and pink and heart shaped sticky notes 💗.

desk essentials

- keep your desk clutter free and pretty! if your favorite color isn’t pink i still love you and support you choosing your fav color to decorate instead of mine 😅 i’ve found that soft lighting from LEDS, a lamp with various brightness settings, and a light up keyboard are appealing to the eye, especially for late night study sessions

- only keep what you need at your desk. things that you use less frequently can be put on a bookshelf, or somewhere else you can easily access them. whatever color you choose to decorate your desk with, make an effort to have the items match as much as possible. a cohesive theme is easy on the eyes and encourages you to get things done asap 💌

- you want your study space to be somewhere you enjoy being. if there’s quotes on the wall that no longer suit you, take them down. purchase items for your desk intentionally, especially when it comes to more expensive items like iPads and keyboards. the tech i have is customized to my liking and unless they literally stop working, i don’t plan on change them anytime soon! remember that as fun as it is to have pretty tech and pens in your space, the main purpose is using these things to reach your goals. they are just tools, as beautiful as they are!
