Oatmeal with protein enriched milk (or nut milk of preference), peanut butter, cashews, and protein powder to start the day on a high note. Tastes better cold. You can also add berries or yogurt. Chickpea pasta is cheap easy and high protein. Packets of tuna and pepperoni sticks are convenient. Always keep a stockpile of protein bars. Think and One brand bars are my personal favorite.
