What could have gone better?

My program went super well!!
Time freezing so that I️ have more hours in a day to complete the tasks on my to do list
8 pretty happy - also get to see my dogs this weekend so will be a 10
In the RA role I️ think I’m best at having organic relationships with people. I️ may not be the best programmer (which I️ could be and probably should be), but I️ really work ahead to have relationships with my residents without forcing anything. So for some people (like Jacob, the lobby boys, Kendalyn) that means talking to me regularly about life and school, and for others (Nicole, JP, Ross) that means reaching out to me when they need me for something. I️ like that I️ don’t pressure relationships and instead let my residents decide how they want to interact with me. I️ think this makes for authenticity between my residence and me.
I️n life? Idk that’s a super deep question and I️ don’t think I️ can answer it haha

If you had no limit of budget or policy create your wildest dream of a program
Something involving giraffes... :)
I️ guess I’d love to do a super fun off campus program with a trip somewhere in Texas - Dallas, Austin, San Antonio - or even Oklahoma since it’s close. There are so many cool places around here and I’d love to be able to give my residents the opportunity to go off campus and explore (in a safe environment with somewhat planned activities).
