Kyman is an amazing DARK ship the obsession / combined with their actual friendship is way more interesting than fanons idea of reforming cartman and i wish fanon didn't soften it . or on the other spectrum act like kyle would hate cartman forever/ but in general I feel this fanon softens all south park ships and i'll never understand why

Thinking about Kenman agnst. Kenny just not giving a fuck about his health and acting reckless because it doesn't matter. This eventually upsets Cartman. It was fun as a kid but now it's just depressing. Kenny just wishes he was dead and Cartman is scared to lose him again.
