A very happy camper! Today was our third week of bootcamp.... i know! How fast has it gone already!
We had a cardio session which included interval training and mountain climbs on the bike and 15 minutes of non stop running then back to the bikes. You could say we were stuffed but with an positive attitude like Sam’s and encouragement from the team we pushed our limits and broke some new records.
Keep up the good work 9.20 crew, everyone is smashing it!
