Shredded paper
Raffia
Cotton batting
Real grass (dried) or straw

Spring is officially here! When planting for pollinators, remember to choose non-treated seeds, native plants, and to keep your garden pesticide-free.

When the weather is nice, go for a walk and pick up every piece of trash you see. Not only is it interesting what kinds of things you find, but you'll be surprised at how much you find. I wasn't able to walk more than 5 step without having to pick up a cigarette butt, t shirt, broken smoke detector, I even found a bag full of a bunch of samples of contacts. I'm also recycling every can/plastic bottle/glass bottle I find. Don't live the 'out of sight, out of mind' lifestyle. Every piece of trash ends up somewhere. Be aware of your impact !!

Oh nooo hahah *may be
Cutting can/bottle liners maybe obvious to some people, but it’s always important to be reminded and spread the word about where these can end up. This is real life; these are the effects of plastic can/bottle liners.

Went for a walk and picked up enough cigarette butts to fill an entire venti Starbucks cup. I'm not a fan of cigarettes, but if you do smoke please don't litter
