Confession:

If I were someone worse than what I am today...I would had called your art trash. Of course I dont actually call it that!

...but a part of me wants to call it that, because your art style is one of the things my parents called "elementary" and "ameteur".

I just wanna say that thank GOD the Internet has delays, otherwise I won't be able to handle myself. I actually LOVE your art and your illustrations of your experiences! Makes me wish that in the future, I could transition to the boy I wanna see myself as—or any state that is not my current state.

But, for real...sometimes I don't understand why people like a seemingly simple artstyle. Not that I dont understand, but it's more related to my "bad that is actually bad" side wanting to project itself. And to add insult to your injury, you're good! But I just can't help but suffer with my inner critic (more like an amalmagation of my 'real' one and the criticism of my parents and things around me)

Thank you for showing me that maybe my art (even if its just doodles, sketches and half-finished drawings) and to an extension my writing don't have to change in a way that fits a certain standard that I dont wanna attain, and...pardon for wasting your time.

First, you will get your transition, i believe in it <3

Its always a long road, with a lot of obstacles and stuff, but thats worth it, sooo worth it

It is truly unbelievable to me that I get to make this post today. Back in February I would NEVER have conceived of reaching this goal.

I am just completely blown away. This would not be possible without the amazing support of this community. When @deadeyedfae pushed me to try giving art another chance I figured I'd try for a week and then lose motivation entirely. I started to find more of myself in my art and that has been the most invaluable happiness I could experience in what has been a very turbulent stressful past few months. The advice I've received from fellow artists has helped improve my work so much (thank you so much @bubbleverseart , @kaylasartwork and , @welldrawnfish !!!!!)

But above all I finally feel like I've found an online community that I can genuinely call home. Some special shout outs to @skelotom @sixfoothalfling @sunification and @paintedbytosia for your advice and uplifting comments and messages. They helped me alot especially with the mess that is my life right now. I'm sure I missed some people here but please know I appreciate every single one of you so so very much. Your the reason I'm able to keep moving forwards even when times are rough.

Thank you. Thank you so so so much. You've all made me happier than you could possibly ever know. I hope to improve even more and to be more active in the community that I hope to consider my family.

Juniper and Valerie are a stand in for things i don't feel like i can express myself, they are both me and neither are me, they are all my friends and my romantic interests, my fears and my desires.
