A textbook example of how TO prep a house. After caulking up this freshly primed home built in 1939 on the hill in the Summerville section of Historic Augusta, we will apply two (2) coats of Emerald Urethane paint by Sherwin-Williams on the trim, windows & doors. Regular non-urethane Emerald paint on the stucco. Top of the line, most expensive paints offered by this manufacturer.

We chemically stripped these mahogany doors at St. Luke United Methodist Church. We then neutralized the ph level, prepared, stained & finally sealed with Rymar Wood Sealer.
