Hey wings of fire tumblr, I’ve been itching to get my grubby little mits on the Roblox wof game, but there’s literally no way I’m getting any robux soon. Unless... I get people to give me robux! By which I mean, I want to take commissions in exchange for robux. But, I’m not sure if anyone will be interested.. I was thinking about 15-25 robux for sketchy headshots like this:

But if that’s to high/the character is super complex I’d be willing to lower or raise the price if needed! Please comment/like/reblog this post if your interested, and ask any questions you have as well. I’ll make a proper commission post if enough people are interested!

Shattered Seas Application
(@fireflythenightlight )
Name: Seaglass
Age: 10
Gender: Genderfluid (female-agender)
Pronouns: They/them
Sexuality: lesbian
Abilities: Weak water breathing, weak glowing scales, weak rainwing venom, poor swimming abilities, good darkvision, musical prowess, strong fighting skills, high pain tolerance
Personality: Seaglass can often come across as rude when you first meet them. They have trouble interacting with strangers and can often come off as very pushy and sarcastic. They tend to an easier time when in small groups, as large crowds are very stressful for them. Once you befriend Seaglass they mellow out, becoming friendly and a bit childish at times. They are almost constantly humming or tapping their talons/tail against any available surface. Once they become really accustomed to a crew they might even play music for their friends unasked. Seaglass is a very touchy dragon, often bumping shoulders and wings with dragons they like. They are insecure about their height, and have an intense fear of the freezing cold.
Backstory: Seaglass was quite literally hatched a pirate. Their mother, Navy, had been the first mate aboard the Seething Sea Serpent for quite some time. In fact, most of their family held some position on that ship, which made it much harder for them to recognize the issues with the way it was run. Food rations were distributed according to a dragon’s rank aboard the ship, and as a dragonet their rations were evidently quite low. Seaglass did benefit slightly from their mother’s high rank, but Navy was much more likely to withhold the extra rations than provide them freely.
The easiest way to gain extra rations or to increase rank was to participate in tournaments. They were divided into brackets by age, with tribe specific abilities being banned from use. Dragonets under the age of 5 had to wear caps on their claws, but past that age all bets were off. The fights served as both an entertainment for the higher ranking dragons and a way for dragons to settle arguments and prove their mettle to the rest of the crew. Extra rations served like a carrot on a stick to lure dragonets to the ring, so that they can get battle training from a young age. By the time that Seaglass was seven, they had enough scars to be sick of both the ship and their mother, who was exceptionally controlling.
On their eighth hatchday, Seaglass and their older half-sister Grit ran away from the Seething Sea Serpent for a journey of artistic expression and self-discovery. Grit sold paintings out of their apartment, occasionally even being commissioned to paint portraits or murals. Seaglass on the other hand focused on their musical talents. They already had some proficiency with the harmonica from their seafaring days, and on the mainland their skills only increased. They quickly picked up both the fiddle and the kalimba, becoming so skilled that they were confident enough to play for small groups of dragons on commission. Unfortunately, after a few years of this life, Seaglass realized that it wasn't for them. They missed the roar of the ocean and the splash of seawater against their scales. The camaraderie of a close-knit crew and the calming rocking of a ship at night.
Grit was disappointed, but ultimately understanding of her sibling’s decision. As a parting gift, Grit painted Seaglass’ kalimba with the shore of a beach to remind them to write and even visit their sandwing sister when they had the time. With one last teary hug, Seaglass set out for a new ship where they could get a fresh start and make a new family. One ship in particular had caught their eye, as it was both unaligned with the warlords and accepting hybrid crewmates. Nervous and excited green and yellow bloomed across their scales as they made their way too the Tsunami’s Rage.
Other information: Seaglass has a ton of half siblings! They are on great terms with nearly all of them, often writing letters and receiving small packages to and from them. Their siblings are usually very easy to pick out from a crowd, as they all tend to have the same unique fins.

(Sorry that I don’t have a finished fullbody design yet, it should be done by the end of the weekend!)
Appearance notes:
. Seaglass has no webbing between their fingers/toes. This makes them a fairly poor swimmer when combined with their weak gills and unnecessary frills.
. Seaglass is a fairly short dragon, growing up on a ship with scarce food options has heavily stunted their growth.
. Seaglass’ glowing scales can change color, and they slowly change shape over time. The effect is similar to a lava lamp bubbling in slow motion. Usually they only have their scales set to one or two colors, although they can change with their emotions as well.
. Some of the glowing scales don't change shape, like the looping shapes on their legs and the spots on their stomach, frills and face.
