It was a great workout, I feel like I could go heavier but I don’t want to risk complete death due to DOMS the next couple of days.

I’ve been working out for a little while now and I am trying to gain a little more of aesthetic muscle, but something is really setting me off. My right tricep always seems to be smaller than my left, the same deal with my chest, the right side looks bigger than the left. Any advice?
Try using dumbbells instead of bars, over time both sides should even out if you’re using the same weight and reps.
