day15: are you vegan or vegetarian? if so, has this helped you lose weight? if not would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
I am not, I eat a normal diet. But I know if I was to go vegan, I would lose much more weight, however, I like my coffees and they are the one think that helps me through my 66hr fasts! and it's working!!! I lost 2kg last week, and I am going for more this week!!
