i have monthly appointments at the clinic for psychiatric aftercare and i’ve been assigned a social worker that i met up with yesterday. long story short i’m almost 2 months sober and i’ll join an outpatient cbt program for my substance abuse issues lol

#personal #i think it’ll be fine cause it’ll be pretty similar to the outpatient dbt program i’ve already done #let’s see i guess #i’ll still go through a more in depth inpatient dbt therapy but it’ll take some time cause they don’t treat people with active addictions
