This is 30 days after installing this 50 micron sediment filter.
Note: I have an iron filter and water softener downstream of this filter, and no issues at all with my water.

my job is a bunch of men and myself and another girl recently joined the team like 5 months ago. They never had girls working there before us.
The office is old and their pipes are old as it’s in an older part of the city. Anyways our toilets and sinks were acting up and we had a plumber come and discover like 6-8 tampons tangled up in the pipe. It was gross.
The other girl looked at me IN FRONT of the plumber and goes “idk if you’re flushing your tampons but...” basically blaming me for the back up.
I flush my tampons but when I saw a Tampex wrapper on the ground where the drain was I knew she was lying. Like bro I don’t even use tampex? And it made me believe she flushes the wrapper ALONG w the plastic.
And how can you lie and blame me for the back up when the plumber found roots in the pipes 100ft into the street?
I doubt one woman (ME) who isn’t even on her period at work all the time could’ve clogged up both toilets.
Like was it me or her or the roots?

Do I need to come off the cold line to my sink? That's going to be a long irritating tubing run through my crawlspace.
Would it be possible to tap off the water line to my toilet on the other side of the wall? It's only about 8 inches away straight through a wall.

We just bought a new fridge. I turned the water off under the sink to the line that goes to the fridge. It was a quarter turn valve in great condition. Connected the fridge, turned the water back on, and now we barely have any water pressure coming out of that faucet. The water in the rest of the house works fine, the water coming out of the fridge is fine, it's just this one faucet.
What could I have possibly done to cause that and what is the solution?

Just had new countertops installed and I'm trying to figure out how to connect the drain pipes. The new sink sits some inches lower than the old one and the existing piping can't just be shortened. There was also a vent that had to be lopped off because it was too tall and collided with the sink.
It looks like the larger diameter piping is all glued together and I have to find a way to make everything connect. The garbage disposal drain used to extend directly into the T as can be seen i the image gallery.
Would I try to drop the P trap lower and go under the existing drain? Is there a flexible option that could work to connect the drain of the garbage disposal to the lowered drain on the right?
I'm hoping to be able to keep the larger diameter pipes where they are and cut the vertical portion a bit shorter to fit the vent back on.
Any advice?
Drain setup

I was told the same AO smith water heater u can get thru Home Depot or Lowe’s, although it carries the label, is not of the same quality as the same brand and model you get thru a plumbing supply company. That the ones through Home Depot and Lowe’s, even though have the name Rheem, Bradford White or AO Smith, are of different workmanship and inferior quality and “rebranded” and you can tell by the serial number. Is this true? I saw only AO smith available thru Home Depot, and know u can’t purchase a Bradford white there, but appears Home Depot contracts out with a company that said they also install Bradford White heaters. Wondering if this is true or a ploy for large plumbing companies to get ur business and steer u away from possible competitors. Thx
